Initially I inquire about the services provided by Vision Pools back in November 2022.My previous cleaning company owner got sick and no longer was able to take care of our pool, which is commercial size, 80,000 gallons, so we were looking for new company. Mr ********* came over and told me that my problem cleaning water in the pool is sand in the filter for the pool. I informed him that sand was changed a few months prior and assure him is not necessary. He mentioned multiple times "zeosand" which suppose to be better for filtration. After refusing the option wasn't even acknowledging offer since I told him no. He gave me a quote for $3800.00 for cleaning the water, that included multiple vacuuming, installing new chlorinater, even I already had one, but in "wrong place" supplying spa instead pool, chemicals and new sand. I didn't take his offer at that time and told him I'll call him in the spring, which I did and when I contact him in April I told him I won't be changing sand, so if he wants the job we can move forward. He agreed, he said , we were talking on the speaker phone with my husband at the table that he will bring the pool to clear, swimmable condition with chemically balanced water, install new chlorinator, big enough to supply size of my pool, including multiple vacuuming and brushing, whatever it takes to clean water. The amount he asked was $2100.00. He asked for $1100.00 up front, which I did with my check and remaining $1000.00 after job completed. He showed up with partner a couple days later and add some chemicals, not even brush the pool and said he'll be back in a couple of days. He came back several days later and start to vacuum, add some chemicals and disappear again for a few days, saying that he needs to allow chemicals to work. Last time I saw him it was two weeks ago when he came with chlorine and soda to add to water, never seen him brushing walls, but that's fine and he said he'll be back next day to make a final vacuum and that never happened. At that point I had blueish, little milky water and looked very hopeful to clear, but not clear like we agreed. I didn't see anybody, but noticed a couple days later that all equipment was shut down. When I called him, he didn't pick up, which wasn't anything unusual, so text him asking why everything is off, his response was he did his job and my sand needs to be changed because filter is not doing a job. Wasn't doing the job, because he turned it off. Everyday I was following up with him, he kept promising to come, never did. I gave him last chance yesterday and he didn't come either and treat me to take case to court. I started adding chemicals myself.

This is a picture of a broken valve that she refuses to replace with the new chlorinator. All of her equipment is broken.  After cleaning the pool i informed Hanna that we are put the pool back in service on filter and ensure her that the pool will turn green if she doesn't change her sand and fix the broken equipment.  She said no she is not change the sand. Hanna had 1 in floor jet that was working until i replace 1 valve to at least get some flow of water in the pool. All 16 of her in floor doesn't work.  She said she didn't want to fix anything just get her pool clean. 5 pumps in her yard that run the in floor system are all broken.  We cannot continue to work with a person that refuses to do the basic repairs on her system like the sand and valves. After showing her the sand was bad by opening up her filter and pulling out a hand full of dirty green sand she still said she wasn't gonna change it. At this point im not wasting any more time nor money on chemicals for someone that doesn't listen to basic information on pool care.  I provide her a list of all the things that i found wrong with her pool. I was told she didn't care about any of those things she knows what broken but yet she refuses to change her bad sand to Zeosand.  That is used in commercial pools as big as hers. She owns the remaining balance of $1100. Because my work has been completed.  Her system will not operate the pool on its on. It makes no sense to keep doing things over and over again for a homeowners stupidity.
