Purchased several products on 12/31/2023. Money was charged immediately and invoice sent. Web interface was through "Big Brain Graphics" - domain registration and ecommerce interfaced licensed via godaddy to "Extreme Hydrographics of LA" No product arrived. Attempted to contact company on 1/12/2024, website was disabled for "temporary maintenance." No answer on telephone. Attempted to contact again on 2/9/2024. Website was disabled for "temporary maintenance." Telephone number was disabled.Initial Complaint

We ordered products from this company on 10/31/2023 in the amount of $322.07. Our credit card was charged for this amount and we have never received any products. We have called, emailed, and left voice mails with no return communications. You will see in the images that my husband placed the order and used his PayPal account for billing.Initial Complaint

I ordered hydrodipping supplies from Big Brain through an individual that I had purchased a credit to the company and I placed an order through him that was to be shipped to my residence this was at the beginning of August 2023 after several weeks I reached out to the business via email, facebook messages to the business and both owners without a response at first. I made posts on facebook and tagged the owners and got a reply from ******** ******* and she informed me of the issues through the business and that my order would be shipped right away as she had misplaced all the items that I ordered so she would need to start over, her husband did contact me eventually and stated the company was no longer in business and he had no idea how i would get my order or a refund. ******** makes posts on facebook stating packages have been shipped and nothing has been received, there are multiple people that have had issues with this business not filling orders or refunds. ******** makes posts about getting her nails done along with her hair and going to the gym but will not return anymore facebook messages or answer the phone at the business, she also continues to take orders on the companies webpage. She has also made posts about selling dogs so she does have an income however still refuses to refund orders. Her husband has since blocked me on facebook, I do have all messages from ******** and **** her husband and will supply them. I am looking for a full refund so that I can order supplies from another business that I can't afford to with this money lossCustomer response

On 7/28/2023 i placed an order for a custom made hard hat. I got an order confirmation but that’s it! I have called and emailed several times about my order and nothing! No answer .. and no response to my email …nothing! I keep getting sent to voicemail. i just want my hard hat delivered or my money back and a phone call or email response! Made an order for $209 January of 23. March of 23 the order had still yet to ship, called and spoke with ***** and cancelled the order, have yet to receive a refund from the transaction and cannot get anyone to return calls or emailsInitial Complaint

10/7/22, I talked to this company about getting my golf clubs dipped and was verbally quoted $250 for the set. I decided to only do a putter and a wedge and when I spoke to lady in the front about price, she said it would probably be around $50 for that. She didn't give me an official quote with cost or timeframe of when the work will be done. I had to call and stop in a week later to check, only for them to tell me it will take two more days. Two days later she sends me a text saying my clubs are ready and it will be $100. When I talked to the owner he said the price is the price and blamed me for not understanding how the dipping process worked and for not getting a price in writing. I think they purposely mislead me and now they have kept my clubs because I am not ok with paying $100 that wasn't quoted.
