I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent this company is. I would like to give them zero stars...or negative stars! We were packed/moved by Action Mobility as part of a military move. This is our household's 10th military move and this was, hands down, THE worst. Action Mobility's communication has been horrible...not just a lack of communication but flat out dishonesty. The company was a day late showing up to pack. Then the truck was another day late showing up to load. The truck they brought was filled at least half way with someone else's belongings, which meant that all of our goods did not fit and a large number of items went into a second truck and third truck (despite the fact that our total weight was under the initial estimate). After our goods were loaded (on three different trucks three days past schedule!) we did not receive any sort of inventory. Several items were packed without numbered stickers. The box of parts to hold our furniture together was placed on a separate truck from the furniture. Once the items were loaded, the service continued to be terrible. We were initially told that the truck was going straight to the destination. We made the 15 hour drive promptly to our new home and have now been waiting 17 days for the truck(s) to arrive. 17 days! On at least three separate occasions, we have been told that a truck is arriving (with virtually zero advanced notice) only to then find out that the truck had not yet left our origin. How does that happen without intentional dishonesty!?! I get that it is hard to find people to pack/load/drive, however, I expect honesty and accurate information. After this experience, I am going to make it my personal mission to ensure that the military and its contractors do not use this company again.

We had this business pack everything in our home. First of all, one of the employees kept coming from the upstairs while packing, and went straight to her bulky backpack several times. I thought maybe she was getting a drink from her water bottle but it was visible and she didn't touch it. Then I thought she was checking her phone but it was always in her back pocket. At the end of the day, she just took her backpack, walked out to the company truck, left her bag and walked back in without it as she waited for her coworker. It was suspicious. As we unpacked our boxes after the move, I cut my finger because one of the chefs knives was wrapped only in thin packing paper. Then in another box, a few other chef knives and a butchers knife was also wrapped in paper but this time when i carefully picked it up, a couple of them fell down at my feet. Box only labeled kitchen. They also emptied my neatly organized and categorized removable storage drawers and just dumped it all together in a box and just threw packing paper on top. It had smaller items, school and office supplies and arts and craft items. They did that to my kids things as well, they placed one small drawer in a box and emptied all the contents from the other drawers in the same box. We have several missing items so far that we've noticed in the middle. so far a minimum of $500 in missing items and $500 in damaged items from reckless packing. Some Boxes were not labelled appropriately and have found random items in other boxes. Power and electric cords for devices were not packed in the same box. Found some cords inside home decor items such as vases and floral arrangements. Fragile items were not labelled and not packed better. Clothing items that were neatly folded were just tossed in boxes. Large fabric covered bean bag was not wrapped or boxed at all, and arrived in filthy condition. I have experience with moving companies but Action Mobility was the worst!!! I would not recommend them!!
