I took my car to smiths towing around mid to late February. They replaced the alternator and the battery cable. I got my car and parked it after they were done because I was still in a rental vehicle. I returned the rental Monday march 20. I got in my car and drove roughly 8 miles. I noticed the temperature gage rise to hot so I parked it for the day and called smiths towing to let them know. The owner said they can look at it. I work from home so I lefted it park for the time. Wednesday I had to leave the house to run errands. Upon getting on the freeway my car began to smoke.i pulled over to a gas station to put water in it. I called smiths towing to tell them the full situation. She told they can tow it in but I will have to pay to get it fixed. A gentle man who stopped to help me put water in it said I had a hole in my alternator and he also pulled a ink pen with smith towing name on it from under the hood that was left in there. I tried to explain all this to the owner who laughed and said that it had nothing to do with the radiator and that it's a old car and they break and then hung up in my face
