I have had issues with our AC since the week we moved into our home. We have been here for 7 months and the AC company- air comfort who installed our AC has come out to "address" the AC unit a total of seven times. All of our visits were from the company who installed the AC in our home. Minus one who serviced on New Years Eve. Broussards AC. Our first visit from this company Air Comfort was November 14, 2020 due to AC not cooling. They re charged the unit. Second visit was January 3, 2021 due to AC not cooling. Again they re charged the unit. Third visit was February 10, 2021 due to AC not cooling and three vents sweating inside of house. They rencharged the unit, changed air filters. Fourth visit was April 24, 2021 AC not cooling, the same three vents in living area sweating. They re charged the AC unit yet again and re soldered copper lines due to two leaks. Our fifth visit was April 26, 2021 again re charged unit. Our sixth visit was today, by the manager of the company May 27, 2021. Due to AC not cooling and continuously running From Sunday evening to today and vents sweating. So bad that I have placed bath towels under each vent to soak up the water being released from the vents. They are now saying they want to add another vent in another area of the house for more air flow. Which still would not fix any of the issues above. We are over and beyond done with the continues AC issues. So now I will have a new AC and HVAC company to come and throughly check every single thing in relation to the AC and unit. In hopes to finally put this issue behind us. Not to mention the other issues we have delt with. The windows leaking since October 2020. Finally have gotten new windows in last Friday May 21, 2021. The new windows were too long. Now June 11, 2022 the windows are leaking again! We are extremely frustrated and disappointed.

The AC company that installed the AC is no longer in business. I have sent the new company that we work with to the home to get the issues resolved. The windows that leaked I worked directly with the manufacturer to get the new windows and I am working to get any issues with the new windows corrected. My superintendent has contacted subs needed to coordinate schedules with homeowner and subs.
