Thirteen years ago, I had my house roofed by a company who used nails too long for the overhang along the house. The result was some rotted wood areas. Recently, I hired CC Construction to roof my house after hail damage, and they not only did that, but also did an excellent job of repairing the damaged overhang areas. They talked with me all the way through the job to ensure everything was done the way I wanted it. The entire job was done in one day, and the work they did was superior. They have an excellent crew that does a professional job with repairs and roofing, and they do a careful job of cleanup afterwards. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, I could trust them right from the start. Their Project Manager is a trustworthy man who is true to his word. Honesty and trustworthiness are first in importance with him. And it's the same with the others in the company. After having been burned thirteen years ago by a company who just wanted to disappear after they got their money, CC Construction has been a welcome relief. I can't overemphasize it: they do superior work and they're trustworthy.

They knocked it out of the park on this one. I struggled for over 8 months after Hurricane Ida with a larger company to get them to show up and do the job. It took me 2 months alone to get them to release me from the contract. CC roofing and construction was able to handle all of my needs, not just my roof. We had dormer windows that leaked and flooded our home from the storm, and we had parts of our interior wall cut out from water damage, and they came with a large and very professional team to do it all. They completely removed my dormer windows, removed and replaced my roof, and replaced and painted my dining room walls and trim work, all in 2 days flat. My house looks like a brand new home. It is amazing. They worked with me every step of the way on all decisions. They were informative, punctual, honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable about all the different aspects of what I needed done. Customer service is on point as well.
Do your research when you decide who to work with, a hard lesson learned for me. Choosing a company that came knocking on my door after the storm left us living with no walls and a tattered blue tarp for almost a year, locked into a contract that we had to fight to get out of and no one would ever return our calls. CC roofing took the time to navigate us through those waters, and dealing with our insurance company. You can't put a price on a person willing to talk to you and explain things to you in simple terms. Invaluable service in such a confusing time such as filing your first huge insurance claim after a storm. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, the experience was great. Estimate was fast, crew showed up right on time, work completed timely, and my new roof looks awesome.
