  April 2021 AAA put a new roof on my home.I was told that the insurance would not cover the wood. Therfore,an additional **** out of pocket for 15 sheets of plywood and the removal of old boards. 2022 Another hurricane, the roof had to be replaced due to another hurricane. Upon removal, It was discovered that AAA placed a new roof on top of two previous roof and did not remove shingles prior to placing new ones. Boards were cut in half and not used as full sheets. Patch work was done. Kitchen and bathroom vents were not replaced. Etc The photos that s on your website is photos of my home. I will attach photos and a video that's in Spanish. The workers saying that there is 3 roofs. Also the vents that was before and after it was changed. The new vent is *****.

    The invoice that AAA Renovations submitted with the above name ********************************* is my daughter. She was present at the time of the conversation concerning the additional cost of the plywood. The budget was not in question. My daughter offered to loan us whatever was necessary to get the job completed. It was paid back to her in full. You can reach her at ********** if you have any questions. Attached above is a video of the removal of the roof, AAA renovations changed. You can clearly see that underneath the ***** shingles, were black shingles. They did not strip the roof down to the wood. Also attached is the requirement from the insurance company if the work that should have been completed.  The work inside was not fully complete. ***** stated that we would only have 300 dollars to complete the inside therefore, we offered to help him.  In speaking with the insurance company we found out that ***** was given **** to complete the inside. He said if we get someone else to complete the work , the remainder of the funds would have to be returned to the insurance company. He did not change the sheetrock He sprayed white paint to cover the mold to look as if it was redone and it wasn't . The vent that circulates the airflow within the home was not change, nor was the chimney flute changed. The new vents that he was supposed to change he took them back. Regardless, of it was OSB wood or not .he did not do his job. Had *** not rolled through we would have never known the work this company did on the roof was incomplete. *** exposed that . The work inside was evident because we saw it with our own eyes.  its very unfortunate that this happened. You put your trust in people and get screwed over. Where is the integrity?
