On May 11, 2022 I talked with Bryce ******** about the different fitness training packages. He wrote them all out on paper. I chose the 3 month, every other week. He gave me 2 payment options. I used the pay all upfront. The rate is $55 per session, 6 sessions over 12 weeks. He did everything on his laptop and did not show me a receipt. When I asked about one he said he sent it to my email. Later at home I checked the receipt and he had added another fee that he did not talk to me about and I would not have approved. He added $49.00 charge labeled Trainer Education Fund. It’s not my responsibility to pay for their trainers education and I want my money back. I also want this unprofessional behavior recorded to warn others of how they do business. I’m a retiree on a fixed income and need weightlifting to remedy the osteoporosis that is setting in. The extra charge added to my statement has been refunded. So, the complaint is resolved.
