They waited until I left, snuck onto my property and posted an notice that my house, that is clearly lived in, is abandoned and they will change my locks. I have them on video. I am current on payments and my mortgage company has no idea who they even are.Initial Complaint

This company has gone into my house and posted numerous things on my door and windows.. this is my home that we are remodeling and are not living in it as of now.. and this whoever it is keeps trespassing in my home.. I am now notifying the police in my township. Something needs to be done to these people.. I have called and left 2 VM which they will not respond to… I also installing cameras.. A company called solid foundation properties LLC just came to my house one day and posted a notice that my home is vacant my home is not vacant I've lived in my home since 2006 I'm currently going through a modification with my mortgage company Mr Cooper who says they do not know this company they did not hire this company they said they will come and lock the doors in 3 days why? This was very embarrassing for all my neighbors to see I want an apology and I want to know who these people are and why they selected my home the police took a report and said this home does not look vacant wonder what made them select you I'm not sure but I would like to know?Business response

We are in receipt of the complaint lodged against Solid Foundation Properties by ****** ****** However, we are unable to substantiate if we received an order his lender without having the complete address of the property. While we are anxious to clear up this matter, will would need the property address (not a post office box) in order to conduct further research.
