I TELEPHONED MONDAY THE 21ST OF NOV, 2022 FOR OIL CHANGE /WIPER BLADES REPLACED, I WAS GIVEN APPT NOV 24, 2022 AT 1PM/ MY VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE BACK FOR WORK UNTIL 145PM, ABT 215 PM, A LADY AND A GENTELMEN WALKS IN, THE MAN HAS A TIRE NEEDING REPAIR, HE HAD HIS WORK DONE IMMEDIATELY, AND LEFT, WHILE IM STILL SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM, AND THE LADY;S VEHICLE WAS ALSO TAKEN BACK IMMEDIATLEY. I SPENT 150 DOLLARS FOR TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I NOW HAVE A ANTIFREEZE LEAK, WHICH I DID NOT HAVE BEFORE WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO CHABILL'S// I JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AND IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE THE OIL IS DIRTY AND WAS NOT CHANGED. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW IF THE 'EMPLOYEES' AT CHABILLS 'KNOW' YOU AND YOU MIGHT HAVE MONEY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR VEHICLE RIGHT AWAY NO APPT NEEDED?? IS, I WI THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAVE RECEIVED I WILL NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN AND I HOPE OTHERS KNOW THAT THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE , AND IF YOUR A REGULAR CUSTOMER, ITS OBVIOUS THEY WAY THE MAN AT COUNTER AND THE LADY SPOKE TO EACH OTHER..... I HAVE EMAILED CORPORATE OFFICE. PLEASE LET OTHERS KNOW THAT CHABILLS IN YOUNGSVILLE IS THE SADDEST SERVICE EVER! THERE WAS ALSO AN EMPLOYEE WALKING AROUND DOING NOTHING FOR 45 MINUTES WHILE I WAITED TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TAKEN BACK FOR OIL CHANGE AND WIPER BLADES /REPLACED...
