Do not go here they lie in their advertisements and only care about taking your money . If you have insurance or not , go somewhere else for care. It was the most horrible and painful dental experience I have ever had. Their business practices are tricky money driven and they have zero concern for your comfort or customer service skills whatsoever . The dentist is a ******** ***** who did rear tooth extractions without any pain relief after and then I got dry socket and had to go through the treatment and following pain again with zero prescription to help with the miserable pain I was in. Their only concern is money that’s what they need to advertise

These people are crooks and completely incompetent. They missed the estimate on my insurance by over $1000. The cap That they put on my tooth fell off in less than a year. Over a year after services I get another bill for $225. You can do so much better than them in Lake Charles.Aspen Dental Response

I have been going in for adjustments for a couple of months now. To no avail. My gums are swollen and sore. The dentist would not even take the time to examine my mouth. I have spent $3200.00 with no good result.Aspen Dental Response

I am currently halfway thru my treatment for full set of upper and lower dentures. The staff has been friendly at each step of the treatment and made sure to answer my questions before proceeding onwards. My only suggestion is before extraction begins is a little more time for the Novocain to fully set in before the shots to the hard pallet area. I am still learning how to wear and care for my dentures while waiting for my final set. If they not fitting correctly all I have to do is call and they will adjust. I had insurance that I was paying for while I transitioned to working full time with company sponsored dental insurance. I got lucky and both were in effect for this so my cost was low.Aspen Dental Response

I didn't have a good experience with them. It took them weeks to verify my insurance. I had to keep calling back to follow up. They finally scheduled my 1st appointment. I took my time off. They sent me an email to cancel my appointment. I called to reschedule and took my time off again. They sent me another email to cancel my appointment. Called them back and finally came in for Cleaning and filling. Filled a small spot at the corner of my teeth. 2 days after my filling, it came right off. Came back and got it redone. A few weeks later, it came off again. I called the front desk to schedule another appointment to get it fix. She told me I need to put a crown over my teeth to fix that small corner, and I need to pay almost 500 for it. I asked her if I could come in to fill that 1 corner, and I will pay for it the 2nd time. She said NO and it's the only option I have. I explained my concerns, and she told me if I wanted to go somewhere else then BYE. After paying for that visit, I received another bill for it and still walk around with a teeth missing a corner. It's a very poor service I have ever received.Aspen Dental Response

Aspen Dental while seeming to help people with low income afford dental help(exam & xrays for no insurance) They rob the people that have inc by outrages prices. I went in for the exam and xrays and was charged $6000.00 . I am a Disabled Vet on SSI and have Medicare. I need some work done but I now cannot get it done (inc) paid some but Im left owing $2800.00 which I don't have. You do better even if you have ins to say you don't. $6000.00 really something should be done about this practice of over charging people that have inc. Its not an equal field that I or anyone with inc should have to pay outrages prices for them to offer free exams and xrays to others. THEY SET YOU UPAspen Dental Response
