My order was placed on February 21, 2024 for two, two-piece tracksuits (pink/gray and black/green) with order# ******. I sent the company and email on March 24, 2024 in reference to shipment of my purchase. I received a text message from company on March 25th stating the product has been discontinued. I then replied, due to the delay of shipment, I am no longer interested in this product and request a full refund. I received no reply. Then on April 6, 2024, another message was sent to company in reference to my order; received no reply. Sent another message on April 24, 2024 in reference to not receiving paid merchandise or a refund for products. I have called the company and received no answer. I would just like a full refund at this time, and I will never do business with this company ever again.Business response

On behalf of Exclusives by Vallaire, I would like to apologies to the client regarding the breakdown in communication due to an employee who was taking care of those orders stopped working for Exclusives, and they didn't inform us that the matter wasn't taken care of.
I will personally take care of the client refund and use this opportunity as a quality training for the team. Thank you BBB for bringing this matter to my attention. I will urgently resolve this matter ASAP.
