Jeff and his shop have had our 30k dollar truck for 2.5 months. I’ve made the second note already. Dealership was having Jeff’s shop replace the transmission and it’s gone back up to this shop 3 times for the exact same problem. When I call I’m told call the dealership etc. call the dealership and they don’t have a clue because Jeff isn’t communicating with dealership either. I am at my whits end with Twin City Transmission and Jeff *******. I have called 14 times today May 2,2023 and no one will answer the phone. This place is absolutely ridiculous!

I went to get my transmission checked to see what repairs it needed on October 2021. Jeff told me 3 days later it needed a new hose and pump. I agreed to to have those repairs done and we went forward with the transaction. A few days later I went to Jeff's shop to see how long it would take to finish he told me he was waiting for ordered parts to be shipped in, he also informed me that I should have the transmission rebuilt because I may be bringing it back within a year or so I didn't want to have to spend more money so I told him I'd think about it a few days later I was call to come speak with him about how long it would take to get my car fixed because parts haven't come in yet, and he asked if I thought about rebuilding the transmission and I said yes let's go ahead and rebuild it and I'll just go ahead and pay the difference He made a receipt for the price of a rebuilt transmission and told me he couldn't make a copy for himself because he already made a receipt for the hose and pump . I got my car back in December 2021 my transmission failed in September2022. I called Jeff and told him what happened he said come up to the shop and talk to him. When I took my car back to Jeff I didn't have my receipt I spoke with the receptionist told her what happened and that Jeff said to come speak with him but he never came out after she called him to the front desk. Instead a one of his employees came to speak with me and he had a receipt for the hose and pump and said Jeff said the only thing he fixed on your transmission was the hose and pump I told him that's because he said he could not make a copy for himself because he already has this copy. I ask the employee to tell Jeff to come out and look at my face and he should remember me and the guy said (I'm not letting anyone speak with Jeff so what can I do to make this better for you) I said Jeff told me to come speak with him and the guy said I'm the closest you're going to get to Jeff let me help you. I said no and left
