I had a tankless gas water heater installed on 7/18/2020 (invoice # ****). The unit worked fine until early November 2021. I contacted the company and a plumber came out. He said he would be back in a few days to replace the water heater because he had changed a faulty part in a few other water heaters and the problem persisted. When he didn't show up, I called the company multiple times. Every time I got the same response: "Let me get in touch with Mr ***** and I'll call you back." Those calls never happened. Then I started calling and texting *****'s cell phone directly. At first he was waiting on a part to come in. Then he was just going to get a new water heater and "eat the cost himself." ***** told me on three different occasions that he would be at my house to replace my water heater - today, Feb 9th, being the latest day he was supposed to show up.
