  I used Saia Plumbing once before to fix a leaky pipe. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. On October 27, I called them to fix a clogged toilet. A young man, I believe the son of the owner, arrived promptly. He used an auger to try to unclog my toilet but was unsuccessful. He then augured the mainline clean out under my house and said there was only hair in their. Even though he did not fix my clog, I was charged $240. I texted the current owner ********************* and asked for a refund. He said no because the city had been working on my street and that was why my toilet was clogged. I told him that was months ago and it should not have suddenly clogged my toilet. My dad who is a retired umber called one of his plumber friends who unclogged my toilet with an auger similar to the one **** used. After a few minutes, he pulled out a scrub brush that accidentally fell into the toilet and clogged it. I also had to pay the second plumber of course. My dad called ************ and asked him why he wouldnt give me a refund and he told my dad that he is not refunding my money because I was rude, which is untrue. I was definitely not rude to ************ I just wanted my money back since I am on Social Security Disability and dont have that much money coming in, Certainly not enough to pay ************.The reason he gave me was that the clog was due to the street work. I think he just didnt want to refund me anything. According to the young *************** who tried to unclog my toilet, the guy who fixed my leaking pipe a couple of years before, was the owner and his uncle and had retired.So the company is now being run by another **** who apparently has different business practices than his Uncle. I was very disappointed because I thought I found a good honest plumber.

  This woman has been harassing us for months now, everything in her comment is false and a lie and we have the proof in our system. When I arrived and when this woman called us she was not in the right state of mind and thats as far as I will say. At her home we ran a toilet auger that was successful and pulled out the brush she flushed down the toilet and also changed the fill valve that was rotted. It was tested and flushing after we left. She then contacted us 3 weeks later saying it was clogged again and wanted it done for free and after harassing us with text messages and even having her father call we said no we do not want to do business with customers like that.  There are no new owners at this company the owner is still my father ******************** not my uncle. I have no idea where she got this from because we barely spoke nor could she barely speak. Our work was completed and we were paid after that amount of time we do not give refunds on work that was done promptly and correct.
