I placed an order for four light fixtures and two were sent incorrectly (plug in option and wired option were mixed). I informed the company on 2/14 when i first received my package and the last communication I had was on 2/16 where they acknowledged they goofed and would send out the replacement right away. I have not heard from them since. I even offered to spend more money on a replacement light to keep one of the mistakes at a discount (Im no longer willing to do this). I have made multiple attempts to connect with Sazerac stitches (email 2/16, 2/23, 3/5, 3/8 and instagram 3/4) This is in regards to Order ***** where two items were delivered incorrectly. I am waiting on:1. New back to the double botanico that includes a plug in option placed for the light to hang horizontally 2. The ****** light to be wired and not plug in (Colorblocked Medium ****** Sconce - Spring Green / Mermaid / Teal) An agreeable resolution would be to have the two corrections as mentioned above and I will mail back the incorrect parts in a prepaid envelope as they had originally offered.Customer response

I am a designer at an architecture firm and we placed an order for a client with Sazerac Stitches at the beginning of October. It arrived on site and had faulty wiring, which we reported to Sazerac immediately. We still have not heard back about this issue. The client requested we place a new order - the wrong item was ordered and was immediately reported to Sazerac Stitches informing them that the order should be cancelled and that a new order for the correct light fixture would be placed after receiving confirmation that the previous order was cancelled. There was no response for this circumstance either. There is not a phone number for the company listed on their website, and when I was able to find a phone number through Google, noone answers the phone. I also reached out on social media through Instagram, to which they responded to my initial message but they never followed up.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Sazerac Stitches regarding complaint ID 16361106, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
She said I would receive a return slip on Monday, but I have yet to hear back. I also haven not heard about the order that was placed for the wrong item. I mentioned it in my response to the rep from Sazerac, but again, have not heard back.
