      Very unreliable business. Made a warranty claim on 5/17. Spoke with him on5/20 was told we would have someone here by 11:00 on 5/23. We never received any calls We called him and just got lies after lies. Finally had to call out another a/c company to take care of us. Will never deal with this company again. So now I had to bypass my warranty and pay out of pocket to get going. Making a claim to our warranty company recommending that they choose more reliable business in the future to support their clients

      I was very very happy with my experience working with Kevin and his team of professional A/C servicemen. Kevin explained everything that was wrong with my system. My system was about 30 years old and needed to be replaced. I knew I could trust what he was telling me. He ordered a new system and got everything working as soon as he could. Patton's is a trustworthy, professional service that does quality work in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them to family, friends, and everyone needing this work. Thank you Kevin, Randall, and crew!

      My husband and I have a policy with a Home Warranty Company and on December 1,2022, we notified the company of a heating problem. They ,in return, set up an appointment with ****** Renovation and AC to make a house diagnosis of the problem. They arrived and said that the blower in the unit was bad. I paid Mr. ****** the required amount due,$45, He removed the blower and placed it in my garage to where it sat until today.He contacted the warranty co. and assured me that all was taken care of and he would order a new blower and be back to install it. He said it would take time to locate one, which I understood. Two weeks pass and he now has the blower and his technician Randall would be out to install it on Thursday December 22nd. Mr. ****** was going on vacation.-----never did hear from Randall , Back to Mr. ****** , still on vacation, but after returning he made another appointment, but never showed up. This time his excuse was he was not getting compensated enough by the warranty co.(not my problem) he accepted the job and it is his obligation to complete the process. Next, he said that the warranty co. would pay him and he would be out the next week. He never showed up (apt#3) Contacted the Warranty Co. and they in turn contacted him and sid he would be out the next week. Again he did not show up.Apt.#4 Finally I had Had enough and requested another Service Co. They took care of the problem in three days. Be forewarned that he is not a man of his word or thought just because I am an older person (81)he could set me aside while he serviced other customers over me, I'm not sure but it needs to be recognized so that others are aware of his unprofessional behavior in my dealings with him.

      This is a customer that has a home warranty company. The problem was that they took almost a week before they gave us an authorization for the motor . We then ordered the motor and found out that they were not going to pay us the full price . This has been an ongoing problem with this warranty company . She’s right , it’s not her problem but we are not going to do anything for this warranty company if they are not going to pay us . I did offer to refund her 45.00 but she said she didn’t want it back , she wanted her motor replaced . I said I understand but they are not going to pay us . We did put a check in the mail for 45.00 for her today

      Mr. Patton never addressed the missed appointments or the fact that he accepted initially accepted the job. Funny how another technician assigned by the warranty co. was able to get a motor and have it installed within three days.

      I have a home warranty on my home. Christmas night my heater quit working. I went through the home warranty to get it fixed. Then Pattons Renovation & AC Repair accepted the contract. I get a call from them Dec. 26 telling me they will be out in Denham that day but because I was a warranty customer I had to wait until Tuesday. They came out Tuesday and told me that the warranty company would send me an email if the problem was accepted or not after an hour. This man was rude and abrupt with me.. I got my approval letter within 15 minutes. It stated that yesterday January 5th they were supposed to come out. So yesterday I called them and asked when are you coming. He told me that the warranty company does not make his appointments they make their own. Ok I text and call your company with no response. His answer -- well I have you down for tomorrow. January 6th (today) I text them "Good morning. Just checking in to see if your company is coming today and if so can you give me an approximate time? ". He answers at 8:22 a.m. "They will call you when they are on the way. Not sure of exact time because I don't know how long long they will be on the job they are on " . At 2:00 I text him, I text him again at 4, and call him right before 5 -- no response. I call my warranty company and they try to call him and got rudeness and name calling. The warranty company stated he never contacted me today and told me they were coming. I told my company I can email them a picture of the text he sent me this morning and that is when he told me the Pattons man said he will do the job when he gets ready to. I have never been treated so rudely by a company before like this one. And on top of that what difference does it make if I have a home warranty or not -- I should be treated like everybody else. They are rude people who won't complete a job. I have my proof in Black & white.

      The home warranty company told us that the claim was approved, however we had to order the part . I told the warranty that and they said that was fine . Then they tried to tell us what they were going to pay. I said that’s not what we agreed to. And they said that’s all they are going to pay . I said fine then just sent it to another vendor .
