pool is leaking from top of pool wall by the skimmer were it rusted through causing it to leak water the side panel got so hot it wrinkled the liner they said it a a30 year warranty when we bought the poolInitial Complaint

Problem with leaking Hot Tub that was ordered on July 3rd and delivered on September 13th,2023. The Defective Hot Tub has been leaking since setup. After several attempts to repair Defective Hot Tub by Service Manager ***** *****, the Hot Tub is still leaking on patio and unable to use because of continuous leaking. I would like to return defective Hot Tub to Splash Pools and no further contact.Business response

The manager **** **** has been to Mr. ****** home and has explained that sometimes tubs leak from the factory on delivery. To solve Mr. ****** issue we have agreed to order him a new tub and exchange them out when the new tub arrives. Mr. **** agreed to this.Customer response

The week before Thanksgiving 2021 we purchased a new hot tub, top and steps from splash pools and spas on professional drive and paid to the agreed amount of around $13000.00. The spa was set up and delivered in the right time with no steps which was fine. We received the steps about 2 weeks later we picked up ourselves. We notified the store personal and our sales person the top was not fastened down to keep from blowing up. We have notified them approximately 4 time with an in store visit to be told its going to be a while you might want to do it yourself. Not a complicated job to do but we paid to have it done and do not want the warranty voided by doing it ourselves. We are still battling keeping the top from blowing up. We have it tied down with Ratchet straps and a speaker box on top of it. Obviously they don't care about you after the check is cashed. The hot was installed on December the 8th 2021. I feel as I've been patient enough. Hopefully this complaint filled will help get the solution resolved. I have never filed a complaint on a business and I'm 44 yrs of age. This is ridiculous.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/11) */ Mr. ***** I am sorry it has taken this long. We generally do not screw these down as most customers dont want screws in the cabinet, but it is not a problem my service manager **** will be calling you today and coming out Today to take care of this.
