My 2022 ************** was damaged in an accident on 27 April 2022 with approximately ****** miles on it. I had it repaired at Lakeshore *** (330 *********************************************************************************). I delivered it to them to begin work on 29 August 2022 and they returned it to me on 19 October 2022. I paid them in full for the work they did. On the way home, I noticed some defects in the workmanship. When I arrived home, I found other defects. I documented the defects as thoroughly as I could and notified Lakeshore *** via letter dated 19 October 2022 (attached). Since then, their work has started to come apart and I communicated this to them via email dated 11 November 2022 (attached). I consider the car to be in worse condition now than it was on 29 August 2022 and Lakeshore ***'s collision center to be incompetent. Two other collision centers have affirmed this assessment. They've also questioned the structural integrity/safety of the car given the location of the failing weld and the generally poor workmanship.I should also note that Lakeshore ************************ damaged my car during a routine tire rotation at approximately ***** miles and had to replace a wheel. This was a result of the technician having installed the wheel incorrectly. Fortunately, I noticed that the wheel was wobbling before I got on the highway and was able to have it corrected before anyone was injured. The only remedy that Lakeshore *** has offered to-date is for me to allow them to try again. I've told them that this is not an acceptable remedy given the low standards of workmanship and absence of quality control demonstrated by their work on my car unless they also provide full-time independent oversight while the work is performed. They've refused. They've also refused to propose a remedy in writing so that it's clear and mutually accountable. They aren't returning my phone calls and have never meaningfully responded to any of my written communication.
