Can I give them zero stars! In August my 2019 gmc Yukon while driving on a bridge with no emergency sides, stopped accelerating, no warning at all, we were almost killed!! Cars swerving not to hit us, on star ran a diagnostic said nothing was wrong, clearly something was wrong, finally we get home after 2 hours of stopping and re starting, I contacted GM customer care, he said bring the car to nearest dealer, it was supreme Chevrolet, my friend who is a mechanic put it on the machine and it said it was the ** 796 pressure control valve no 3 stuck in off position, he then towed it to supreme Chevrolet, the service lady ****** calls me and says they had to break my car down, to diagnose it, I was in constant contact with **, the sales manager ******* at supreme called me several times sayinglet me help you out of that car, you have no warranty, he kept asking me to trade it, I called asked ****** how much to pick it up after the diagnostic she said 1700 plus tax so basically 2000, or 6800 for a new transmission, according to her my transmission was completely burned up although on star said it was working fine! I asked sales manager what my options were, and that I might come get my car, he said it was in pieces, basically he says come test drive, we did while we were test driving the salesman who was new there, tells us our car had been just shown to someone to buy it, yet it was told to me that it was in pieces, I was so frustrated, my only option was to trade it since I didnt have the 2000 or the 6800, they sold me a 2025 equinox which is a piece of junk, I bumped my head every time I got in it, they had me literally paying double for the car, 13 1/2 interest rate, oh and my 2019 gmc Yukon they put for sale the very same week (no mention of the burned out transmission) , although it was supposed to be in pieces, its on the lot now for ******, they are not honest, GM, I emailed them and told them how bad I had been treated, no response.Review from Jonathan P

Like many complaints i have read on here, I too was screwed over by the finance guy at supreme, after agreeing on a price with the salesman the price was changed, and that price wasn't even on the paperwork. I had to call GM to get the truth, he strait up lied to me about the price and he put all this optional c*** on the paperwork and that i have to have this or we can't sell you this vehicle. Its been 75 days since purchase still no Tags, there supposed to replace a windshield, still no windshield. Trying to refinance thru someone else. But supreme ***** and ***** is holding me hostage. I would not recommend buying from this Dealership they are definitely unprofessional. By far the worst experience buying a vehicle.Review from dwan j

I went to the lot and met the salesperson ****, who was a great guy, very informative and honest. I looked at a 2013 Toyota corolla. I test drove it and I told ****, I would get with him on a price in a day or so.I spoke with **** a couple of days later, and after speaking with his manager, we agree on a selling price of $11,500 plus taxes and title. After making arrangements with my bank to get the funds, **** called me and told me an F and I guy name ******* wanted to speak to me. ******* said that the price had now changed. He tried to add warranty for tires and $495.00 fee for vin etching and another fee for color coating.. I told him I didn't want either of those products. Buy the way vin etching can be purchased on Amazon for $20.00. This vin etching is a scam for dealership to make more money.I told ******* we had agreed on a price, but he said he couldn't sell me the car if I didn't purchase the vin etching. He then got off the phone. I then sent a message to **** asking to speak to the owner of Supreme Toyota.I was then contacted by sales manger name ****. I told him we had agreed to a price on the corolla and I had a text stating the price was $11,500 plus taxes and title. He also said the vin etching is atomically added to the car. He never tried to rectified the situation by saying ****************** you can come and purchase the car at the agreed price we first gave you. This dealership operates in bad faith and has scam fees and charges added to the sales price of their cars. Again they quoted me $11,500 plus tax and title and after I got the funds from the bank, they tried to add another $500 for vin etching. SCAM buyer beware!i will make sure no one ever get scam from dealership ever again. This is only the beginning of my complaint!!Review from Anabel V

I bought a Toyota Corolla Cross 2022 on 11/03/2022 in Supreme Toyota of Hammond ***** * ******** ***** ******** *** ******. That day, Mr. ******* ********* was the finance department representative. I barely understood the paperwork that I signed. This was my first car, and I am ignorant when it comes to dealers. Mr. ********* was in a rush because it was late, and I not even could read the documents. Instead, I read them when I got home and decided to return to cancel the warranties: key replacement, windshield, etc. When I returned to the dealership maybe a week later, Mr. ****** explained to me the meaning of all those warranties, and I understood their value, but I already was determined to cancel them, as I did. Nine weeks passed and I still did not have an answer from the finance department about the status of those cancelations. I emailed Mr. ******, no reply. I called almost every day since January 13 and sometimes Mr. ****** was not there, other ** told me that I had to talk to Mr. ******, and he then told me that he needed to talk to another department but no one was there, etc, just excuses. At that point, I did not see any other option than contacting the general manager because the finance department couldn't even give an update. Mr. ****** said in an email on 01/23 "everything was processed on our end for your refund on the 12th and sent to your lienholder". Today, 03/01 Chase still couldn't find my check. I called the dealer's accounting department to find out that the check is going to be cut this week because the guaranties became active on 01/28. $5307 was the cost of the guaranties, the check is going to be grossly for $4000. Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone to put their money into this business.

Hello everyone, Im not sure how others feel, however I had an incredibly horrible experience with this dealership. I want to express my feelings because I felt like I got scammed and they didnt try to do what was right. Ill try to keep this review short and simple. Ive been bringing my vehicle in for service the past 2 years and now that I am at ****** miles I was informed that I was extremely over my miles for other services, such as tune up, transmission and other things when I questioned it the manger had no idea , so I contacted the General manager and he fabricated this racist story that I said, if I were white this would not have happened! For the To say this tells me a lot about their Character! This is truly disturbing!Customer Response
