On 9/3/23they installed a 4-ton ** unit and heater at *************** The price was agreed on and the work was satisfactory. The unit was taking too long to cool and the came out and claimed there was a leak in the line and it would have to be replaced. We agreed on the price. The unit was covered by my insurance, but I have to submit a supplemental invoice and proof of payment for the line replacement. I have tried to get these documents for over a month now, our latest conversation on 12/8/23. The proof of payment I received was dated 7/1/23, before they installed the ** unit. They refuse to provide a detailed invoice of the work done and the reason for the line replacement. and a correctly dated proof of payment. Without these documents I cannot file the additional work.Customer response

"That is my complaint number is ******** just wanted to let to you all know that that complaint has been resolved. The business contacted me and we resolve the issue. I did not I do not know how to go online and do that. It doesn't offer me that option. So I am calling to let you know it is been resolved anyway. Thank you, bye bye."
