We brought our dogs there to be seen for very specific things. One for a specific allergy shot, an ear clean and a nail trim. Our other dog was there for a yearly exam and a nail trim. They were administered shots they did not need including rabies, despite our dogs having recently been vaccinated against this. Their nail trim was abhorrent, half the nails werent cut and those that were had jagged and split ends, or were cut too short and its a miracle they werent bleeding. When we called to complain, as we were never informed they were receiving all of the shots, we were told by the front desk that the doctor did not check the chart or did and administered them on purpose anyway. Both are abhorrent negligent practices. When we finally did speak to someone on the phone, ****** informed us that the rabies situation HAS happened before and been an issue and yet it continues to be one. I was screamed at by ****** and called a liar when I told her that my wife had called and been unable to reach her. She then screamed at me and hung up the phone. The care of our dogs was NOT a consideration and excuses were made for a negligent vetinarian. Please save your pets and do NOT bring them here.
