A deposit of $2,500 was made and cashed by McClure & Sons Home Solutions on June 21, 2023. We were told it would take about six to eight weeks for the materials to come in. At the end of August, McClure & Sons Home Solutions was supposed to start the work. Every week from August until November, the start date continued to get pushed until the next week. By our last interaction about the start date, it was too cold outside to do the work. We requested a refund in November and Kenneth M****** agreed to the refund. Every week he continued to push back the return of the refund to the next week. As of today, January 25, we have still not received a refund.Business response

The BBB spoke directly with the consumer and was informed that he has been provided two payments from the business and is waiting on a remainder amount of $700 to be paid at a future date.
