My husband scheduled an appointment on 4/26/24 for Clean *** Services to come and look at our dryer which was not venting to the autside properly. After looking at the dryer, the technician went ahead with the cleaning. Once he finished, the dryer still was not venting and he recommended a slew of unnecessary services, clearly trying to ******* me out of more money. He broke our air vent during the cleaning process. Instead of fixing it, they left it in worse condition than before. They only accepted checks, which felt incredibly suspicious. I now realize this was probably a tactic to avoid credit card disputes. After the service, I tried to get in touch with them to address the damage and the unnecessary recommendations. They did not return any of my phone calls or emails. The phone number provided connects to an offshore call center. The representatives are clueless and cannot assist with any issues and had to put me on hold when I asked what company they worked for.
