      We had the worst experience, We purchased a mattress and Bed Frame, for $2600 end of September 2023: Called me when I got home and said the paper I had, had the wrong amount written on it and the bed was $100 more, fine, I agreed: 10/30: Delivery/Set-Up 10-30-11/9: Bed moves a lot when sleeping- side to side like a boat 11/9 (Thurs): Reported would get a call Friday or Monday 11/9: Call back, would be back out on 11/10 or 11/13 11/13. I called just before 5 to see status,delay in getting to me, rescheduled for 11/16 11/16 : Person drawn to the middle and pulling/lifting get shims to fix it Tried the shims no luck 11/22 (Fri): Called, they said it was my floor and old house, I informed them that was not the case, OK they will open a ***************** and will hear back by 11/30 12/3 Called again. I would hear 12/4 from the owner 12/4 Call from ****** the owner 12/5 I get a message asking for pictures from the owner 12/6 I provided the photos to the owner 12/11: Owner informed me that they could not tell, based on the pictures, there is a defect. They were nice and said they would take it back without a store credit, but a 20% restocking fee and $200 fee to pick up emailed immediately and sent them 2 videos and 4 more pictures and I wont be charged to restock a defective bed.12/15 Owner Called said it was enough for the manuf to see defective, no re-stock fee or give store credit, now a $200 pick-up fee. .. got it down to $75 12/18: Bed is picked up and credit card refunded, First, they do not record what was being spoken about so each time I call, I have to explain, again and again. There was *******, *****, ******* and the owner ******. Escalation is non existent and empathy is not there. Not once did I get an apology through this process all excuses or blames on the manufacturer and me. Telling me they need to charge a fee for pick-up they use a 3rd party, funny that the person who picked up was the one who set-up and works for Boston Bed!
