      Made purchase with discounted access to meal planning. Sent login information for the meal plan program, site always times out without allowing access. Emails sent to support address given are returned stating the address is nondeliverable. Request for cancellation through the website are never responded to.

      I never ordered a subscription with this company. Yet I'm charged $77/month to a total of $1,386.00 thus far. I don't even know what this is for. I emailed ******************************** and ***************************************************************** Both emails bounce back as undeliverable. What kind of scam is this?!I want my money back.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

      Emails that I send are bounced back as undeliverable. Phone numbers also dont work. I am unable to contact them.

      I have been charged $77 a month for 2 years for some online fitness coaching that I have never used. I contacted my bank last month to stop these charges, but for some reason I was still charged for the last two months. I want this canceled and the last two months of charges refunded, as I doubt I would get any of the older charges refunded. The website for this place had an email address that isn't valid and won't accept incoming mail as I have tried to contact them via email and my email was unable to be delivered.Member Id: *******

      Hello,I did NOT sign up for this! It is a company called My online fitness Ive never heard of it, much less, signed up for it. PLEASE remove my information including my bank account from your records. They have withdrawn $ ***** two months in a row for something I have no idea what it is. I DO NOT understand this at all!!! Do not take money out of my account! I cannot afford this & did not sign up for it! Remove all info regarding my account immediately!Thank you! *************************

      I have been charged $77.00 for the last 3 months even though I never authorized this charge from MY ONLINE FITNESS *********. I notified my credit card and disputed the charges so they canceled my credit card and issued me a new card with a new number. This month the $77 charge is on the new credit card! I don't know what this charge is. I don't know how to contact this company to stop the charges. The phone number and email that i tried don't work.

      I originally purchased an online fitness program. I have not been able to access the program. I tried to call and cancel but there is no phone number available. The original fee was $77 a month but was later reduced to $27 a month. This is put on my credit card each month. I have tried to contact them to have these charges removed but am unable to succeed at this. Can you be of service helping me get this stopped and charges removed? Thank you.

      My online fitness offered an online fitness program with instructor. The ad offered a variety of prices. One was three months for $67. I thought that was reasonable and signed up expecting it was three months for $67, not $67 a month. When I figured out it was a monthly charge I tried several ways to stop my membership. They were sending encouraging messages by text initially so first I sent two text messages that way. When I did not get a response I sent two emails asking that my membership be stopped. I have never gotten a response It is now many months later and I continue to get billed but the programs are no longer available, not that I would want to use them.

      I ordered a fitness watch for **** and have been charged ***** the last 2 months for some sort of app that I never signed up for or authorized. When I called the number associated with it *************) they said the charges were for a fitness coach or something like that,which I didn't order or want! They refunded one of the ***** charges, but refused to refund the other 2, and I want that money back!

      I have unsubscribed numerous times and they refuse to take me off their email list. I even received an email stating I was taken off their list but emails continue to be sent to me.
