      Here for 3 weeks at Gamma and have already had the worst experience. ******* center does not match what's displayed online. Property manager is dishonest. Akelius does not respond in a timely manner to complaints nor do they willingly provide information to file a formal complaint when requested. Complained someone else parked in my spot that I pay for and they did nothing about it. Police are always here.

      I'm a resident of one of Akelius' building in **************, and the maintenance and property management here is subpar. For instance, we use a digital lock/app called Latch to access our units. No one is given a physical key, which sounds fine, until the lock/app starts experiencing technical issues. Today, the app wasn't working and we encountered Bluetooth issues. When maintenance went to get a physical key to unlock the unit, they learned that the key they had did not work. When I told them this is a safety issue, they laughed me off and told me to tell the Property/Leasing team.The maintenace team is nice, but often does a slapstick job of fixing things and shrugging off very real structural issues in the building.

      Akelius is awful. They manage my apartment building and from the start, its been a horror show. The main issue is a lack of expertise in change management, change communications, and general communications.Our building received notice of them taking over AFTER it had already happened and the new team was in the building, There has been a remarkable lack of communication. We receive emails the office has closed after it has closed. No notice is sent about AC outages. A recent newsletter blamed residents for an issue and gave an ominous note about parking. Emails state to contact *******; you must email her multiple times and she never replies. Emails lack appropriate grammar, spelling, and layout.The phone to the front desk hasnt worked for a while. I recently had to call the service center. The connection is poor and the line crackly; I could barely hear the representative. I am horrified. And if you ask office staff anything, what they tell you often changes. The only saving ***** is that the concierges are great.If Akelius buys your apartment complex, move ASAP. Their brand statement notes they are to be transparent and provide service to their stakeholders, including tenants, but they do anything but. Stay away.

      The worst management company I have ever dealt with. The in-building maintenance, doormen are okay but the office management with Akelius are awful. I have been without a working oven for 3 months and counting of my 18 month lease and have to constantly push them to address the issue. Instead of purchasing a new oven (or having a spare given the entire building uses the same model) when the problem first occurred they have forced us to wait for months while numerous repairmen have come to try and fix the problem. Even more infuriated is that I have had to spend hours of my time to fight for some sort of concession and in the end they offered me a $250 concession, which in my opinion when paying $4,000 a month in rent and not having a fully functional kitchen is laughable. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction as you can see that their ************* TrustPilot, and Better Business Bureau ratings are all horrendous and they have done nothing to change.

      Horrible experience. Property management completely unresponsive with absolutely no follow up. When you try to call and reach management directly you are directed to a service center that places a ticket asking management to respond. I have placed multiple tickets, sent multiple emails, and called trying to resolve my issues directly with absolutely no follow up. I would give 0 stars if possible.
