I started consigning sneakers with Laced Boston over two years ago, mainly sending pairs to their Palm Beach location. At some point, pairs were also transferred to their ***** location (which has now shut down). I've had over 100 pairs in their possession over this period.I tried withdrawing all of my remaining pairs slightly over a year ago - I had about 15+ pairs remaining at their stores, and nothing was really selling. I first tried emailing and calling, my emails went largely unanswered, and store employees were about as much help on the phone. I tried opening a ticket in their community Discord server, but that was shut down due to the number of complaints everyone had. I tried opening a support ticket on their newest consignment portal (and had a store employee acknowledge management had seen my message and would handle), but after almost a month I've yet to receive a response Of the 17 pairs I can guarantee were in their possession (from screenshots of their old dashboard I managed to find), I've been able to get 8 pairs returned to me. I have reason to believe they have more of my pairs, but unfortunately I have no way to confirm this as their system has changed twice in the past two years and almost nothing of mine has been migrated. The value of the pairs still in their possession exceeds $3000. I would like any and all remaining pairs returned to me, and I'd like to be paid out for any pairs that have gone "missing" (which seems to mean they were sold and not logged in their system). Every day these shoes sit in their possession, I'm losing money, and this has been ongoing for YEARS now.
