I purchased a jar of Total Beets (Pomegranate *****) support for Blood Flow, Net weight7.4 oz drink powder by Force Factor.. My complaint is that the jar is not even half full. This is the third bottle I've purchased and I am extremely disappointed. I'm on a fixed income and I've spent too much money to have this sort of result. I know that shipping can sometimes can have an effect, but to have the jar less than half full is truly unacceptable.Business response

To Whom It May **************** Force Factor takes allegations very seriously. In response to the above-referenced complaint, on 06/05/2024, we contacted the customer and explained that there are still 30 servings per container. Per the desired settlement, we have been in contact with this customer.

Alert!!! Ashwa pills made me sick.On two different occasions I was SICK FOR FOUR DAYS, diarrhea & vomiting. I could not sleep for more than 15 to 20 minutes at a time. I was not sure want caused it. I tried the pills again. The same thing. I was sick for four days. I missed Easter with my family. The only thing I had ingested out of the ordinary was your pills.I called their customer service to alert them that they may have a problem. The woman was very rude and said she would pass it along to the team.I have not heard anything . . .. nothing. . .. crickets.I sent an email to their CEO. They responded by offering me some free products. Why would I want free products of something that made me sick???Why not investigate the problem???Business response

In response to the above-referenced complaint, on 04/12/2024, this customer was offered both a refund and an exchange however the customer refused to accept either offer. Per the desired settlement, we have been in contact with this customer.
On 04/01/2024, the customer contacted the ********************** customer service center and provided feedback regarding our product. During this time, the information was escalated to our quality department for further review. On 04/11/24, we contacted the customer by leaving a voicemail, and on 04/12/24 the customer returned our call. We offered a refund or an exchange however the customer declined both offers. On 04/19/24, we contacted the customer and left a voicemail however we have not received a response.
We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have suffered. We trust that our actions satisfy both the consumer and the Better Business Bureau and consider the issue closed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any future inquiries.

Ordered item on May 15. $23.98. It was delivered on May 20. Wrong product was delivered. I called several times left messages with my phone number and order number and I was told by an automated machine that I would get a call within ******************************************************** through email. I'm trying to get an RMA to return product and get a refund or get the correct product sent to me. Force Factor takes allegations of non-compliance very seriously. In response to the above-referenced complaint, the product sent and received, ProbioSlim Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies is the same item that was ordered.
The customer ordered ProbioSlim ACV Gummies on 05/15/2023 through Groupon. She received ProbioSlim ACV Gummies with an updated label however the ingredients are exactly the same. Customer was made aware of the terms through Groupon, that this is a final sale.
