Had 4 inspections at the house. None of this came up with other companies. Tiger claimed one shower faucet wasnt working in one of the 5 showers (hadnt been used in 6 months - turned right on). Tiger claimed leaking roof over garage - as explained - carpet was just steam cleaned and (obviously) condensation was dripping from the ** vent due to the humidity. Tiger claimed there was a leak in the main roof because of water stains in the attic - we had a lightening strike 2 years ago - yep - there are stains - but the roof was patched. Tiger claimed the one of the porcelain toilets was rusting out - its porcelain - cant rust. The flapper needs to be replaced and was causing discoloring. These guys have no idea what they are doing.
