Back in July I worked for this company and delivered six packages covering almost **** miles and I have yet to be paid for this job which added up to about 600 some dollars.Initial Complaint

I am not an employee but I am a independent contractor partnering with Haultail. I have been doing multiple deliveries spanning over 500 miles and have been told for the last two weeks that I'd be paid for said deliveries. I have not seen a ***** and they keep lying to me, and won't even let me talk to anyone in the accounting department or high ** in the company(owner, operator)Customer response

I ordered my vapes from Vuse on 6/08/22. Total of ******. Since the shipping laws changed to require signature they use Haultail as the courier. Tracking # NJIX4RQHDT. On their app can follow tracking from the 9th to the 18th its picked up by courier and No more updates after that i been contacting the live support chat on the app to ask how much longer until delivery and why is there no more info unless its lost. Awful customer service. Its not in real time or live as stated so have to wait for response. Every answer is a lie that Its being delivered tonight, tomorrow or within 1-3 days or an excuse they have go check with driver they will let me know. Never got back to me unless I question them. Cant call because the connection is too poor to hear anything and they promised to text me an explanation then call got cut off. Never got that text either. The customer has to be home to sign so how do you run a delivery business that cannot give a specific date or times or even window of time to expect them. Their website claims to have real time tracking updates and easy communication with driver and fast service. None of that is true either. Included every ss of the support chat that is obviously not true, a text from Monday that was untrue and the tracking info to show its not being updated. I want the truth and accountability if this is even a real business. If its lost I want my refund started and if its going to actually be delivered I want a real date and time.Business response

Delivered: Jul 5, 2022 4:16 PM***************************** received her order from VUSE on July 5, 2022 by a Haultail approved driver. The Haultail driver confirmed her ID and the customer signed and accepted the order herself. Please see attached screenshots.

I had a package picked up by haultail to deliver to me on april 25th 2022.my vendor says they can not help me with the courier service. They said my package would arrive in 10 to 15 days. Ive been communicating with them for the last 3 weeks to no avail. They keep telling me asap and it will be delivered next week. I need this package delivered. It is costing me more money to purchase this item in store when i should have had it 4 weeks ago.Customer response

We ordered a product through a company called Vuse Vapor. We placed the order on April 7th, it was processed April 11th, and then went to "Haultail Courier" to be shipped.Haultail claims to provide quick, reliable shipping of a range of products and transparent communication and shipping updates. This has not been the case. We still haven't received our package. Had to research to find a legitimate contact for them, as the customer service # on their website is "not in service" and the "24/7" live chat is also of no use. We have had almost no contact from haultail, aside from a text message on May 3rd, saying we could expect our package "in a few days". We waited until May 11th, contacted them to inquire about our package. The person on the phone, "*******" was unable to provide us with any information, including where our package was. She said she'd contact the driver and promised to call us back within 20 minutes with details. She did not. We have called again, been told the exact same thing each time, with no contact from them following the call. We began texting instead, with specific questions, get very limited responses from them and still no delivery information. After many calls and messages initiated by us, we got an "update" through text, saying that the driver got Covid, so wouldn't be able to deliver our package...that they were "looking for another driver" and would update us soon. That reason, for a courier service is absurd. We didn't get a update about a driver. We have been texting them almost daily, requesting information they won't provide. We have asked for upper management involvement, any details or contact without success. Since the 15th, they have stated they'll give us details "tomorrow" but don't. This has been said every other day, followed by no contact, or a text stating the same.They know we're upset but still do nothing. We can provide dates and pictures of communication with them and the numbers used if needed. Thank you!
