I went to Nordstrom to buy a stroller for my kid. One of the salespeople demonstrated to me and sold me a stroller out of the variety of strollers at the store. I bought it based on her recommendation and sale pitch. The stroller is horrible, unsafe, easy to dissemble, the worst I ever had in my life and I have four kids. I tried to return it to Nordstrom, but they denied it based on excessive use. they will not take the stroller back and will not give me my money back. This is expensive product. I cant afford buying a new one, and I cant afford to risk my baby's life with this stroller. It's simply unsafe, he knows how to get off of it. I tried to appeal. I tried to talk to a manager, but nothing helped. I am so disappointed and Im very hurt and sad because currently I cant purchase a new stroller for my son and I cant use the current one. I feel helpless. I feel deceived. If not for the salesperson's sales speech and her focus on this particular stroller, I would've bought it. I just want my money back so I can buy a safer stroller, and if not at least get a store credit so I can exchange it for a different one. Please help me I need a stroller to use for everyday life and I dont have the money to buy a different one or another one, I promise you there is no excessive use for the stroller. I barely used it. I tried to explain them, but they say we cant help you. Please help me and thank you.
