      I purchased the Bebcare baby monitor on December 4, 2023 during their so called sale which actually never ends otherwise I would have waited until closer to the time of my baby being born. My baby was finally born on March 21, 2024 and around the first week of April 2024 I tried to start using the baby monitor. The monitor had issues from the beginning and would not connect well to WiFi and kept dropping the connection leaving me unable to monitor my baby. The company told me it was a problem with my WiFi. So I then went and had my entire homes WiFi system upgraded which cost me hundreds of dollars and the camera still failed to work and would not connect to WiFi. Also, everything else in our home that uses WiFi had no connection issues whatsoever, only this Bebcare camera had a problem. I then emailed the company again describing the issue and that there must be a problem with the camera and requested the 1 year warranty be fulfilled. On July 15, 2025 Bebcare customer service refused to honor their warranty and stated the electronics circuitry on the camera unit is damaged internally and that is not covered under warranty. They are making an assumption this is the problem by reviewing a video I sent in of a red light blinking which indicates the camera is not connecting to WiFi. They cannot make assumptions that this is the exact problem. Their warranty terms and conditions clearly state If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. I told them I believed the camera arrived to me with pre existing issues and they are refusing to honor the warranty.

      Hello, I am writing a complaint on behalf of Bebcare Baby *********************************** . I currently *try* to use their baby monitor to monitor my baby while sleeping, but the issue I have with the monitor is it dies overnight, therefor leaving me with not being able to see my baby throughout the night. On their website they claim that the monitor lasts up to 20 hours, which would be great, but mine only MAYBE lasts for 6 hours **** I have reached out to customer support (email attached) and they have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with and then, they just stopped responding to me all together. I just want a monitor that lasts at least one night, since there are monitors out there on the market that last 80+ hours (instead of 6 hours ***** Also, on their website they claim to have customer support, and while they do, it's horrible -- I have reached out via email multiple times and have never heard back and then have also tried to use their chat on their website and it either doesn't work or they are just ignoring it. When I reached out customer support they kept asking me for a video of the issue, and I asked them how I would do that? and she just kept copy and pasting the same response "share a video of this issue on your baby monitor" - How am I going to send them a video of my monitor dying within 6 hours? Clearly they outsource their customer support and they are absolutely no help. I either want a new monitor or a check for the amount in which the monitor was purchased for so I can purchase a new one that actually works. I also tried to leave a review on their website but that was not working either, leaving me to understand that this feature is turned off for a VALID reason, and they don't want the true colors of their product to be seen.

      I purchased an item online but within 5 minutes canceled the order. I chatted with a live agent and they assured me the item was canceled and never shipped and they would refund me my money. They said it would take 5-10 business days and it never showed up. Then I emailed again and someone else said it would take 4-6 weeks. That time has passed and still no refund. I have emailed back on multiple occasions and no response. Never order from Bebcare. Bunch of scammers

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. 2 months ago they said they would refund me but never have and wont respond to my emails. They dont have a number to call customer service

      Bebcare baby monitor was purchased October 17, 2023 through their website for $284.99. The monitor comes with a 1 year warranty. February 22, 2024 I messaged on their live chat about an issue I was having with the monitor. No response. I emailed support that same day. The monitor would light up but no sound would come from it. ******* from their customer service team proceeded to email me to discuss the issues I was having. I explained in detail what the problem was. I sent them a video with proof of what was happening. ******* said she would send it off to her technical team. Two months went by with no response so I followed up with ******* and she said the issue could be solved by turning the "key tone" setting to "on". This was not the case at all. Had to follow up with her multiple times with zero help. Then she told me the technical team said the speaker was damaged and that wasn't covered under warranty since it was imposed on them by the manufacturer. They would not replace it and only provide me with 30% discount to purchase another. This is awful and no damage has been done, but they will not send a replacement.

      I ordered a baby monitor as a gift to a friend in November 2023. It never came and I emailed bebcare and they said they would refund my purchase. Over the last 5 months 3 different associates said they were processing my credit and it would take up to 12 weeks. I have been in contact with them on at least 10 occasions but no refund has been credited to my account. My customer #is *********. On April 16, 2024 I contacted my credit card company and because its been over 3 months they couldnt directly contact them unless I gave them emails saying that they (Bebcare) will indeed refund my purchase. I faxed info to them with that information. Today, April 19, I tried to call them but the phone number is no longer valid. Im very sad and disappointed. Thank you for your help *********************

      On 9/3/23 my mother purchased a baby monitor from my baby registry on Amazon.com. I ended up helping her return it as it was the wrong kind that I registered for. I went through the return process on Amazon and since it was a third party purchase I was instructed to mail it back directly to the company Bebcare. I did that and it was completed through **** I have tracking and shipping information that the item was received on December 1, 2023 and who received it. We've been trying to get this refunded but have been taken for a ride. First I tried with Amazon and after multiple times of letting me know that they are processing the refund, nothing was done. Then (as of a couple of months) I have been chatting directly with a Bebcare rep on Amazon.com and they have been extremely unresponsive and still have not refunded the money. I've been doing this since February 5. The last message I received from them was on 3/15 telling me that they need to reach out to Amazon because Amazon has made the refund. No refund has been made and at this point they are just delaying. There is no phone number to call the company. There is an email address where I've sent an email 3 times and have gotten no reply.

      Bebcare baby monitor was purchased January 2nd 2023 through ******* for $219. The monitor comes with a 1 year warranty. December 27th 2023 I messaged on their live chat about an issue I was having with the monitor. All the lights on the monitor lit up and it was not working. ******* from their customer service team proceeded to email me to discuss the issues I was having. I explained in detail what the problem was. At the time of my initial messages, I wasn't able to send a video of the issue because it wasn't happening every time I turned it on. Shortly after this, the monitor would not turn on when put into the vibrate mode. I was able to send ******* a video of this issue clearly showing that in one mode the monitor was turning on fine but when I switched it to the secondary mode, it wasn't turning on. ******* said she would send it off to her technical team. Five days went by with no response so I followed up with ******* and she said the issue could be solved by increasing the noise sensitivity. This was not the case at all. Next, ******* told me the technical team said the on/off button must be broken and that wasn't covered under warranty so she could only provide me with 20% to purchase another.I questioned ******* about this because the on/off button was working fine in one mode so how could that be the problem? Not to mention, this was all being diagnosed through 5 second videos, not through someone physically looking at the monitor and testing it. Eventually, I was also able to send ******* a video of the initial issue I was having. She proceeded to tell me that was just a setting on the monitor and it was something I was pressing, which again was not the case. It has been more than a month of back and forth and they refuse to replace the monitor or look into this further. I haven't had a working monitor this entire time. Now they are completely unresponsive.

      Hello on October 5 I ordered bebcare monitor. I returned the item on October 14. The company liaison ******* emailed me stating I will receive a refund on November 7 since they received the item. We are now in January. The company has not refunded me and will not email me back.

      Purchased a baby monitor from them on May 2nd it it never came. The company kept telling us there were shipping problems. We cancelled the product on 5/31 and they responded 6/2 saying the refund can take 3-5 weeks, up to 12 weeks. We never received the refund and they emailed us saying they did but it never showed up on our cc statement. They then told us they would reach out to our cc company but we never heard anything back. We paid for a product we never received and they never refunded us like they said they would.

      This company is a scam and I really hope this ****** more people from buying their falsely advertised products. There is always a small discount code at the top of the screen and if you enter this discount code they think it waives consumer rights or any kind of warranty. When our monitor didnt work I reached out and asked for a solution. they told me I needed to move my wifi monitor into my babys nursery? I bought a low emf baby monitor to reduce exposure to the emf so i will not be adding more emf to her room by moving the router there. After asking to process a return I was told no and ignored after multiple different emails sent. So I moved to my bank and filed a claim. The bank processed a charge back and then the company finally emailed me back and threatened me that they would report it as credit card fraud and that my credit report would be affected and the proper entities would come for me. After I told them the monitor didnt work multiple times and that I would not be taking the claim back he offered me an exchange. When i told him I didnt want an exchange i would like to process a refund i was then told again I would be reported to the proper entities for submitting a false claim? Truly dont know how this business is running? If i have to get my lawyer involved so be it but this is just ridiculous.
