I am filing a report against Bebcare because they technically stole my product and money. I ordered a baby monitor device from ********************** on April 25, 2024, and realized it was not a good fit for my needs. They assured me that I had a 14-day return policy, so I returned the product. They made me pay for my own shipping and told me that I would only receive a partial refund according to their policy. It felt like I was tricked because they mentioned the 14-day return policy without addressing the partial refund part. I agreed to continue returning the product and expected my partial refund. I sent numerous emails following up about my refund status, but I never received my refund. They kept telling me it would take between two and four weeks to process my refund, depending on my credit card company. After more than four weeks passed, they continued telling me that they were waiting to hear back from the payment processor gateway partner. The last exchange of communication we had was on August 6, 2024. After that, they stopped responding and kept ignoring my emails inquiring about the status of my refund. Now it is September 2024, and they have technically taken my product and stolen my money. I have all email threads and receipts to prove this.Review from Cheryl H

Complete SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a Bebcare Mat and had to cancel the order. The one person show (********) over at Bebcare said I need to buy their who overpriced system to use it. As soon as I placed the order I got an email stating I need to buy the whole system. So I asked her to place the order on hold which ******** (Bebcare Team) said she would pause it. However, she still charged my credit card the $134.99 even though I asked her to just cancel it. I requested a refund for the $134.99 and she replies as quoted from her email refund transaction generally takes 3-5 weeks to be fully processed by the gateway and by your card-issuer.. Which is 100% not true. It does not take a credit card company 3-5 weeks to issue a refund. The company name on my credit card bill is SP Bebcare ********* ISL HK HKG. So this is NOT a company in ************* as shown on their contact. *Also noted is there was no tax charged which makes it even more suspicious. So right now I never received the item (canceled order) and Bebcare still charged my credit card for it. Also they used to be on Amazon but likely due to SCAM practices (assumption) they were removed.Review from Jordan D

I bought a baby monitor from here. Their refund policy is not clearly displayed in their site. The site was made with a template and under refund policy for the product, it still has what the template said. My brother got another baby monitor he likes more and now we are out over $300 because they dont accept returns on sale items. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs.Review from Wink L

**************** ghosts Customer issues. Item was returned prior to end of return period without approval by Bebcare because they wouldn't respond. I canceled card payment so now they threaten my credit. They demand I release payment even though they have the item. After further investigation I see this is how they scam people. all the one star reviews are pretty spot on. My wife bought the camera and unit has all sorts of issues (ours had connection issues) tried to resolve with Bebcare, but one months in they stopped responding. We filed a chargeback dispute with out credit card (we've previously warned them they arent giving us any other choice) company and D a n i e l from finance was quick to reply that we can't do that and we need to cancel. We replied immediately with why we did it, as we warned them we will file a dispute if the camera is not replaced, refund, or issues fixed. 2 weeks go by only to hear from D a n i e l again that we two more days to cancel the dispute. I told him to review the email thread where we've asked for a refund shortly after we got it due to issues, but J u l i a n n a said to troubleshoot. Nothing worked, and the last reply was wait on the tech team. We waited almost a month on tech team while continually asking for update, but ofcourse no replies. We spoke to our credit card company and they said its best to keep dispute open as it will get cancelled once refund is processed. Today was the "last day" to cancel the dispute, only they know why, and after some back and forth only today they finally send a shipping label. They initially told us to pay for shipping for their defective product. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. For the price of their products you'd expect much better customer service. I work in tech, i wouldn't put it to far out there the this product is just a chinese no name brand but they slap their logo on it and **** the price up. The monitor worked for a few weeks and then started disconnecting. We tried to work with support to resolve the issue but they did not know what was wrong. They did not tell us to send it in to be repaired for some reason and we are tired parents so just lived with it. One month later the monitor stopped connecting entirely rendering the unit useless which resulted in me having to go out and buy a cheap temporary unit to hold us over. The cheap unit is working much better actually. When contacting support they said it was likely an issue that wasnt covered by their warranty and that we could buy a new unit to remedy the issue. I have no trust in a company that tells you their warranty doesnt cover the repair prior to even looking at the product. This monitor is marketed as a primum product but has the worst customer support. This is a shady business and I will never buy from them again. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Also, look at their warranty exclusions for a good laugh. Basically everything but the buttons are excludedReview from Sherese H

Have been email corresponding with them for 2 years to try and get my refund for a returned monitor!! They acknowledge receiving my returned monitor and tell me my charge card was refunded and it was not!!!They ignore email after email. It was super hard to get them to agree to a refund for my monitor that did not even work RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!!My daughter has a broken monitor that she became so frustrated with the poor corespondence that she simply gave up and ate the cost and bought another monitor from a different company. Do not buy Bebcare products. They have an F rating from the BBB, and if you have any trouble at all you'll quickly figure out why. Their flagship baby monitor, the most expensive on the market, randomly disconnects from its camera.Over a 5 day period, three times we had the monitor be not connected to the camera when we checked it, including twice when we could hear the baby crying through the door yet the "monitor" 5 feet from the baby, on the highest sensitivity ***************** settings, showed only a blank black screen and no indication of any noise. 45 seconds after we checked the screen, THEN it decided to **************** and picked up everything fine - We hadn't moved at all, this wasn't a range issue, everything was plugged into the wall so it wasn't battery-related.They also advertise a breathing sensor to inform you if the baby stops breathing. Once purchased it is now called a "motion sensor" and the manual warns under some mattresses, but didn't list our regular mattress type. As far as we can tell, it doesn't work under ANY mattresses, on any settings. It "works" if you lay your baby directly on the hard plastic mat, or maybe if you use a sheet or two. But underneath a mattress? Forget it, we tried 3 different ones.Their "return window" is 14 days. Nevermind that it takes 7 days for the product to be delivered, and the last thing on a new parent's mind is "better make sure my baby monitor doesn't randomly disconnect from its camera" or if your newborn hasn't made their arrival yet, good luck trying out the breathing sensor.Shoddy company, do not purchase from.
