I visited Tend Dental at ************************************************************ on January 24, 2020 for a basic cleaning. During the visit/ cleaning, the dentist suggested that apply a fluoride treatment to my teeth, and assured me there would be no charge for this treatment. I agreed. I finished the visit and left the office. Several days later, I discovered the office had charged me an additional $50 over the cost of the appointment (which was $350) for the fluoride treatment. I have made several calls to their customer service department (which is based in New York -- there apparently is not direct number to contact the Kendall Square office) and they have refused to refund the incorrect charge. I did NOT sign a credit card slip agreeing to the payment for the charge -- they simply billed my credit card for an incorrect amount and are refusing -- despite repeated attempts by myself and my credit card company -- to refund the $50 they incorrectly billed me. This is dishonest, and they are acting in bad faith. I would like assistance from the BBB in getting my $50 refunded. Thank you.
