Ive never worked with a more disorganized company. I invested $130,000 in a project, sold to me with promises regarding the timeline and scope that turned out to be entirely misleading. After signing, the salesmanmy only direct contactclaimed for over three months that my skylight had been ordered, yet could never provide proof when I asked for updates. This lack of response raised concerns, and so I reached out to others at the company, only to be met with silence for months. At that point, I genuinely thought Id been scammed. When I finally reached someone, after looping in my advisor, I was still not given answers and passed between multiple contacts, none of whom could give me a tangible/legit update about the status of my project. It took a full year before my project actually began, and in that time, I was assigned over five different project managers. Each time a new person took over, I had to explain the project from scratch -- multiple times to each one because the PMs would forget key details. These project managers added little value, instead becoming an extra layer of stress between me and the actual vendor doing the work. Despite the delays, once the vendor began, they completed the work in just two months. If Id been able to work directly with the vendor, I could have managed the details myselfdetails Capital Construction repeatedly botched, from inaccurate measurements to missed steps in the project plan, all exacerbated by extended periods of silence from their team.Communication was rude and dismissive. Sometimes they would even contact the wrong person - regarding my project - even after I repeatedly asked them to update this in their system. The only time I received consistent communication was when they billed me - in which they called my phone 5+ times a day, beginning the day the bill was sent out. Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering Capital Constructionmy experience was costly, frustrating, and 100% avoidable.

The folks at Capital were excellent. From **** and **** at our first consult, to *** onsite and ******* in the office, everyone was professional, courteous, and responsive to our questions and clear in their explanations. The team they brought in to do our roof was exceptional getting our 3200 sq ft roof removed and replaced in just two days. They were up and running from first light to sunset and knocked it out in no time. Cleanup was meticulous and they left the work area and around the house spotless. Im happy to recommend them, and we plan to use them in the future.

A few communication issues as seen in other reviews, but totally satisfied at the end of my project. Grateful to have my manager, ****, and his very profession crew take care of my home. Thanks also to their wonderful office staff. If anyone needs a new roof I would absolutely recommend them.

Capital Construction installed what appeared to be a great rubber roofing, that came with a 10-year warranty, for our home in *********. Unfortunately, most likely unbeknownst to them, the rubber material is a happy home for raccoons and other critters. After only 1 year of having it done, spending over $25k for only a portion of the roof, raccoons managed to claw through the rubber and expose 3 big holes. This allowed water to seep through after every rain storm. The ceiling below the roof eventually caved in and cost us numerous amount of time and hassle to repair. Sadly, Capital Construction never returned my phone call to re-patch the rubber, nor did they apologize for this. Although they were quick to get the sale and install the rubber, they've been unresponsive in our unfortunate plight. I would not recommend this material for any roof as it is definitely not critter safe. And it's VERY expensive.

Yes, we did return your calls and our crew did repair the damage following the first report of Raccoon damage to your property at no cost to you . Unfortunately as explained over the phone to you , as this seems to be reoccurring, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by wild life to your property . We suggest calling wildlife control to see how they suggest protecting your home .

They did what they promised very efficiently. Only concern for some might be they are a little expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. The quality of the finished product is first rate.

We had a wonderful experience working with Capital Construction in June 2024. The reason we chose them is because they worked on our house back in 2007. We considered the fact that the company is still around and going strong is a very good sign. For our latest home improvement project, the company has been very professional in every step of the way. Our project included replacement of the entire roof, replacement of all gutters, replacement of fascia boards wherever necessary, and repair or replacement of rafters of the house addition. Sales consultant ******************* came and gave us an overview in the first meeting. In the second meeting, all the measurements were already available for discussion. We were impressed by their technological innovation in obtaining all the data. It was an intense process to finalize the contract and financing, but all parties were respectful and satisfactory. Scheduling of the project and obtaining permits were also professionally done within a short period of time. Project Manager ************************* was a knowledgeable expert on what he was doing, and he is also a responsible individual. Through our conversations and interactions, I could tell that ****** was a trustworthy person to work with. Overall, it was a great experience working with Capital Construction. My wife and I were glad that we chose Capital Construction for our home improvement project.
