I purchased two sessions and when I got there was told they only had enough space for one session. They said they would apply the credit to a future visit. I was not happy with the service I received and requested a refund via email. I was assured by Doug K that he would mail out a check. After a few weeks of no response I reached out again and he told me he would only refund my credit card. I told him I am not comfortable providing my card number and to mail a check like he originally promised. Well months later I still have not received anything and no response to my emails. I sent a follow up email two weeks ago and still no response. I just want my $25 check.Business response

I will mail a check. Even though this person used our facility and didn't complain until she was done.Customer response
