I was referred to Lenzy Dermatology by my PCP. Following the appointment with Dr. Lenzy on 9/8/21, I made a cosmetic appointment for 11/11/21 with her for laser treatments. I paid a deposit of $112 on my debit card. Approx two weeks prior to the 11/11 appointment, I cancelled the treatment and inquired about how I would be refunded. The office manager asked if she could apply a $20 copay before refunding me. I consented. She then said there was a problem with the new computer system that would not allow her to issue the refund. She said she would call me back. I did not receive a return call or see a refund on my account. Following 7 business days, I called again and left a message. Over the course of the month of November I called three more times (and left voicemail messages) and my call was not returned. I sent an email to customer service most recently without an answer. I would like to be refunded the remaining $92 via check sent to my home address as the debit card I used to pay has since been cancelled.Business response
