I had a reservation for a 3 day stayed and I called 3 days prior to my stayed to cancel one day and they gave me a new rate and all.I showed up with my son and nephew for a baseball tournament they had no room for me. They offer me a small room at a higher rate which I had no choice but to take it.On top of all they had charged me the day I did not sleep there.They gave me that money back at least, but instead of paying $600 I end up paying close to $1000 for two nights.If I didnt take it I had to sleep in my truck with 2 teenagers.Very unprofessional All I want is for them to charge what was offer to me $299 per night.If they did it to me God knows to how many people they have done to.That doesnt include the body aches after sleeping on the floor for two nights because there was only one bed.Business response

i did talk to guest and fixed the issue and refunded what was right their was an error on reservation which we fixed spoke to guest and guest was happy with out come.Initial Complaint

They will not process a refund I booked a hotel for 1 night to used the pool the pool closed at 5pm. No where in the website does it say the pool hours close at 5pm. Normally hotels pool close at 9 pm. I asked for a refund and was told no to talk to a supervisor. I just want a refund I didnt stay in the hotel. I left.Business response

I called the guest to let them know they have a wrong hotel . ***** said they never stayed at 69 r boston st Holiday inn express she stayed in North boston
