I paid the required $580 fee ($500 for "holding" and then $40 each for myself and my dad).I did this back in 5/9/22. The date for my move in is 7/3/22. I left them voicemails at their answering service last week and today. I have emailed them several times asking for information as the system is telling me to reach out to the housing office. No response. I went to their office during business hours and it was locked. I need to speak with them to sign the lease and get all the paperwork done and I am running out of time. I want them to either refund me the money I paid or get back to me. thank you very much.Business response

The office staff has notified her that she has been approved. They will be calling her this morning with a date to sign paperwork..Customer response
