We first met with ************************* 1/4/2021 to help evaluate our roof due to the water damage/leaks that we were having in the interior of our home on the 1st and 2nd floor as well as work to repair our chimney. We signed a contract with Landmark Roofing which indicated on the invoices "All work as outlined above carries a five year craftsmanship guarantee. After the first round of work it was not fixed and leaks continued. Upon return **** said he did what he thought would fix the problem and even now after paying over $21,000 and many attempts to have them fixed we have 1. NEW and expanding water damage on the ceiling of our 3rd floor near the chimney which did not exist prior to the work starting 2. expanded water damage to our dining room ceiling, 3. continued leaks in the 2nd floor closets with NEW MOLD growing. The work that we hired Landmark Roofing for was never fixed, has not resolved our original issues and has added NEW damage to our home. We would like help resolving this issue with Landmark Roofing and receiving an agreed amount portion of our payment returned so we can hire a company who can resolve the issue.

When we last met to check up on your roof issues on November 4th, I traced the leak areas and asked you to keep an eye on them and to let me know if you noticed the stain growing past the pencil marks so that we had some frame of reference. This is the first I'm hearing that the stains have grown and the issues are continuing, so I'm a bit confused and taken aback by the aggressiveness of your email, especially since I always follow up with you. A call or email letting us know the leak was persisting would have sufficed.
Your comment that states "many attempts to have them fixed" is simply false. We have not performed any work other than a visual inspection since the initial scope of work. I have tried to explain to you many times that it is possible that the leaks are coming from areas outside of the area's that we have worked on, though it appears that you refuse to take this into consideration.We do stand by our work as you clearly quoted, and is why we state it in writing in our proposal. I would be happy to inspect your problem areas and suggest the appropriate next steps.
