Signed a contract for a Pool in May 2021 and provided a deposit. The project started on or about March 15th, 2022. The company was onsite and was given a check for $18,000 per the contract when the excavation was started. In late March the cement walls where put into place an another $16,000 was provided and then the walls where set in place in or about April 2nd, 2022. I was told they would be back in 2 weeks for allowing time for the cement to set.There has been NO ONE AT THE project since April 3rd approximately. I have called numerous times and was told they will be there next week, next week and next week. I went down to the company and demanded to speak with the owner who left me a voice message saying they started too many projects.I spoke with *** again this week called me and said they be here on Wednesday to day and here we are no working being completed.I was told this project would take 5 Weeks to complete and here we are 11 weeks later and far from complete. I feel they are taking peoples money and then worry about completing job when ever.You can see the Photo from April 2 and today nothing has been touched.Very poor business practice.

These are widespread problems in the industry. The fact is that we started this project ahead in an effort to have it completed for the season. We did not take any payments outside the contract. We fully intend to complete the project as quickly as possible... This is very frustrating for all of us as we have little control over these events and to have our ethics drawn into this situation is extremely disappointing... *****************
