I ordered 4 items from Airtime Clothing on June 30, 2023 and the charge of $59.98 was debited from my bank account on July 1, 2023. Order ****** on Airtime clothings receipt. Sent an inquiry to the company via chat on the website on July 14, 2023 and received no response. Then also on July 14, 2023 , I messaged the owner of the company Airen Wadsworth on his instagram page and still received no response. I then messaged him again on July 17, 2023 and he responded that he just saw the message from the 14th and that he has a full time job and Airtime clothing is his side business. He then went on to say he will check on the order when he gets home. I did not here back from him. Messaged him again on July 21, 2023 and he responded saying he had 6 missing Packages but didn’t know if one was mine. He would check again when he gets home he claimed. No response, so I messaged him again on July 25, 2023. Still nothing. I messaged him again on July 26, 2023 and he said he put the wrong weight on the package and he will be sending it out the following day July 27th. Still haven’t received anything as of today August 10,2023. Now, When I send him a message I get no response.
