My sales associate was very helpful, however the "deal" I was offered was $5000 over (yes over) the sticker price. Service after the sale has been absolutely atrocious. They will not let you wait for an oil change unless you bring the car in before 2 p.m. When I tried to schedule on a weekend, they gave me a date a month away. When the car was recalled due to "unintended acceleration", and I experienced that exact issue so severely that the car was undrivable, I was told they were scheduling 6 weeks in the future. I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime, and was told to :call another dealership". Long story short, 7 weeks and $2100 in car rental fees later I went in and demanded they resolve the issue. Incredibly, I was told by the service manager that the recall was "not a big deal", that what I experienced was not a result of the recall issue, and that if the car had been towed in they would have repaired it right away! When I asked who was going to pay the $2100, he assured me that they would not be paying it. He also stated they do not give loaner cars or reimburse rental fees. I subsequently sent an email to the general manager detailing all my experiences and my dissatisfaction, and did not receive a reply. Disgraceful, in my opinion!

Bought my Hyundai at ***** in ********* **. Have since moved to ******* **. Have gotten my car serviced at West ***** ******i in ********** and had no problems. Not the case at McGovern I walk in and everyone is miserable and told to sit at a desk with a service man to check me in for an oil change. When I bought my Hyundai I got a package for free oil change up to a certain amount of miles. **** this dude assisting me made no eye contact, no good morning and I could tell I was a bother. I was told Saturdays are considered an easy day and might have to wait up to 4 hrs for oil change and to get in service contract which I had a gave to him. I spoke to the general manager on site .Woooo hes worse except for the nice black gentleman sitting next to him who was the only friendly face I saw and was personable. Do not buy a car at McGovern they do not care about you trust me.

My experience since Rt2 Hyundai transferred to McGovern is atrocious. I purchased several new vehicles from Rt2. With great experience. Not so with McGovern. General Mgr is rude and a non professional. Finance associates know nothing and need to be replaced.

My experience at McGovern Rt. 2 Hyundai was terrible. A few days after purchasing a vehicle for greater than $50K, I noticed a vibration while driving at 65mph. I scheduled a service appointment, and the dealership agreed there was a problem. However, they did not have a remedy for the problem, and told me they required guidance from Hyundai corporate. I called the dealership multiple times to follow-up, and no response. I called the service manager multiple times, and he had no solution. I called the general manager of the dealership, and no response. I even called the sales person who helped us, and he didn't even return one call!! After a month, I took the car and traded it in for something else at another dealer. I am very very disappointed with the level of service I received from this dealership, and will never go back to them.
