On November 10t, 2021 **** ********************** was given a deposit for granite installation. In June of 2022 I had to hire a second kitchen cabinet manufacturer who also wanted to handle the installation of the granite. I requested my deposit of $3,250 back from Mr. ********************** after numerous attempts to speak with him. In July I sent 6 text messages. When I finally asked if he was receiving them his reply was yes, he is in *****. Through August 10th I sent ***************************************************************** Several more messages plus his lack of response to complete the small project at my daughters house we decided to go with our kitchen manufacturer and request the deposit back.Throughout August when I needed bathroom cut out pieces and he said he would get them to me, he never did which delayed my bathroom install. **** of response made me question how he would handle the kitchen so we decided to move with another installer.Request Aug 22, 2022 he agree and said it would work well because his father was in the hospital in ****** and requested the amount he was to send. I responded with $3250.00.August 23rd requested to have it Venmo.August 29th, requested again August 29th he replied that he would send it to me in two payments.August 30th Requested again September 1, requested again September ************************************************************ money.There has no response which is what he did all summer regarding the job at my daughters home.I am requesting help in retrieving my deposit money of $3,250 which he agreed to do on August 22, 2022.I have months of text threads that I have not deleted.Thank you,***************************Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. As I had mentioned Mr. ********************** said he would Venmo me two installments for reimbursement on August 29th. I have since reached out on August 30, September 1st and September 30th requesting the Venmo. He has not responded.
