Puchased Frigidaire side-by-side **** Cu Ft 36" stainless fridge. Payment in full of $1562.49 ($1399.99 unit price) made on 5/27/22 Delivery and installation on 6/30/22 The refridgerator has had the following problems requiring service calls >7/12/22 freezer door popping open from preasure of fridge door closing. Upon service inspection, new freezer door gasket ordered and new gasket installed on 7/15/22. freezer door still does not stay closed. New freezer door ordered.>8/9/22 New freezer door installed. Door still pops open from pressure of fridge door closing. Follow-up appointment recommended for "2nd set of eyes" to assess problem.>3/24/23 Water filter requires replacement but will not come out. New filter housing order due to filter being installed without shipping cap being removed. Filter base, manifold & housing replaced on 3/30/23 >6/13/23 Unit making constant knocking noise, not maintaining temperature. Possible evaporator fan and inverter board problem. Parts ordered. Follow-up scheduled for 6/26/23 The following timeline documents my efforts to speak with ownership for satisfactory resolution >6/14/23 call requesting to speak with owner *********************. No return call.>6/16/23 I made in person visit, spoke to ********************* after no follow-up to my call. Discussed options for return/replacement of what I consider a "lemon" product. Was told a couple days needed to consider options. Estimate for follow-up given as 6/21/23 >6/22/23 Made another call at 8am requesting to talk further with ***********************. No follow-up as of 6/25/23 ********************* has appeared resistant to providing refund & accepting return of this "lemon" due to possible manufacturer ****************** inability to "absord $1000 loss". We discussed possible options for replacement, if possible. The lack of follow-up to my outreach & initial lack of flexibility as s small business owner is requiring me to take further action with your assitanceCustomer response
