This business is dishonest & will not pay for their mistakes. They pinned an xs dress with a safety pin when it was missing a gold ring-the piece that holds the dress together. They claimed they had found the ring only to purchase another small dress. The designer ** let me know for each dress, was a different size ring. They ended up putting the small size ring back into the small dress and altered the xs tag onto the small. Once **nfronting the man over the phone, he admitted to buying the other dress & proceeded to scream at me because I asked if we **uld **mpare both dresses. He told me he gave the dress away & didn't need to answer to me when I asked if he **uld call this friend. Remind you, this dress can't be worn without a ring. He then told me he was done with me and then hung up. I also asked earlier on if he **uld just order me another dress since it was brand new & he had told me there werent any more xs sizes which I checked, & that is why he ordered the small. Instead of giving me my money back, he lied to me about the ring, altered the xs tag-I knew this because the fit was longer & baggier than the original, & screamed & shouted at me when asked to **mpare both dresses that he supposedly no longer had. After reading many reviews, it seems that the owners of Reliable do not want to give customers any money back for ruining valuable & expensive clothing. However, my situation was unique & I believe this man thought he **uld fix the situation & possibly buy a cheaper ring for the dress he had bought to either sell it to get his money back or give it to his sig other, friend, or whomever rather than giving me the money for the dress he was responsible for. Lying, screaming/shouting, & hanging up the phone is not the way to carry on and handle a business when it is entirely their wrongdoing. I hope someone investigates this business because it shows that the people who operate it have no clue how to handle ********************* with care. Karma!

BUYER BEWARE! Reliable Cleaners should really be named Un-Reliable Cleaners. I brought in a white sofa slip cover and two chair slipcovers for a 6 month old sofa--in other words brand new. The first time I brought it in, they returned it to me completely stained still. None of the dirt was removed. Instead of refunding me, they offered to clean it again claiming they didn't have enough time to do the job. The next time it was "cleaned" they told me to come pick it up in a week. I told them they could have longer if they needed it to get the job done, and they said they didn't need any more time. A week and a day later, I came back for the slipcovers and they were still not finished and nobody bothered to call me to tell me they were not done. I drove all the way from MAINE. And worse, it came back with the same stains yet again. Absolutely ZERO DIRT STAINS were removed. They claimed the yellowing "from age" was removed, but there was zero yellowing on them as they were only 6 moths old--just dirt. They offered to clean them yet again (sorry, but why should I expect a third cleaning to be any different from the first two times?--but refused to refund me the $300 I paid them. This company takes no pride in the quality of their work, and has no honor or integrity. They simply **** at what they do. I've had white slipcovers cleaned by other cleaners for years and they always came back sparkling white. Reliable Cleaners just did a crappy job.
