      Me and my husband and Our children were staying there for almost a full week we were paying for days in advanced and they demanded we pay extra deposits for the room we have been in they swipe my card and took money for a room stay they moved us rooms downgrade at that and then the next morning I go to extend my stay she says she didnt want my money and that specifically they didnt want my husband staying there that was single explanation we got from the manager we had no complaints the room was left as when we arrived its disheartening to know they removed my review from ****** and nobody to this have tried to make the wrong a right no contact information has changed they made my children sit outside in the heat for 6 long hours my daughter started having medical heat issues no after paying 90 they still had took key cards from my husband then ended up paying almost $200 but to be moved into a smaller room it was 10 of us in a 1 bed studio from being in a 2 bedroom suite

      Awful experience. I "stayed" here for the ****** ***** concert the night of the 27th. Check in was at 4:00. When I arrived at 5:00 my room was not ready, and this was the case for several other guests. I needed to shower and get ready for the concert so they let me use the gym to shower. There were no clean towels so I had to dry off with my dirty clothes. There were several other guests in the gym getting ready for the concert because they were also without rooms. There was no safe place for me to leave my bags (and laptop) so I left my stuff with a random lady who was staying at the hotel while her daughter's went to the concert. My room was still not ready when I left for the concert around 6:45. I did not get into my room until almost midnight. I left at 9 AM. Stayed there for a whole 9 hours. I can appreciate that this was a special event so they were busy, but this is *********** and they have special events there all the time. They should have been prepared to receive their guests, but they were not. DO NOT STAY HERE!

      I stayed in the Denver Downtown location from 10/4/2024-10/11/2024. After checking out I realized that I was missing half of my clothes due to miscommunication with my partner. As soon as I realized the clothes were still hanging in the closet I called the hotel and spoke with a representative that told me that the room hadnt been cleaned yet and that I could come in the morning to retrieve my items. After driving 45 minutes I was told that the people that cleaned the room didnt put anything in lost and found , and after digging a little they found out that the housekeeps threw my items away. Items like a *************** **** jacket, and Givenchy **** shorts as well as many other items that cost me over three thousand dollars. I spoke with the hotel manager ***** ******* who offered to give me back the money that I paid which I refused because it was one-third the cost of my items. ***** ******* then stated that he would make an insurance claim to which I asked for the insurance information so that I could follow up, and he refused that information. After five days of not hearing anything from the manager I called corporate and opened a claim. Corporate says they allow 72 hours for the General Manager to right the wrongs. Today is day 8, and everyone I have spoken with says he will take care of the situation yet he is ignoring me. I just want someone to do their job and compensate me for the items lost or stolen.

      I booked through a third party site and arrived with my 4 year old. They overbooked and left us in an unknown city with no where to go no remorse and no refund. After my kid fell asleep in the car I was forced to find a hotel in a bad area due to funds.

      Your South Boston Va location is absolutely in despair the absolute worst conditions for a hotel water pressure super low half the stuff listed is broken or not available.bugs coming out of the doorjam Apparently they like 2 Double charge for rooms. I booked 1 room for myself I never received a confirmation to my email place is a SCAM

      Terrible, rude service. New Orleans supervisor refused to honor reservation and did not apologize and in the end hung up on me. Extremely rude.

      Low Value Stayed a week and they refused housekeeping service my room. They said their hotel didn't offer housekeeping services. They offered me clean linens to change the bed sheets myself

      Please listen to the voice recording that I shared on ****** maps. This is the sound that you hear all night if you sleep on the 16th floor.1. Placed me into the worst room next to the elevator machinery that woke me up multiple times at night. This almost caused heart attack. They had other room options but still placed me here.2. When I called in asking about the sound, they immediately told me its the elevator machinery. The phone operator (not the front desk) told me they had customers who love this noise. Its my problem that I dont. This is the most interesting phone call experience.I wish I have the phone call recording, but please listen to the video before you choose here.

      I have booked following two separate consecutive stays three months in advance on Booking.com (details at the bottom of this message).When we arrived at the hotel on the evening of Friday August 2nd, we were informed by the frontdesk employee ***** that the hotel was fully booked and they wouldn't be able to honor our reservation.The hotel employee was completely indifferent to the situation and acted as a regular business practice. He admitted that they have overbooked the day on purpose, and it was a standard practice to overbook on a regular basis.He asked us to call Booking.com for a refund, and acknowledged that there would be no availability in surrounding towns for the evening and offered no solution for our inconvenience.On top of that, the clerk also admitted that our following reservation was also not guaranteed and we will mostly to face same situation when we come back the following day for our second booking. Again, he was simply most unapologetic and indifferent for our suffering.There were in fact no available lodging option anywhere in town or surrounding cities. I have been on the phone with Booking.com for until 3 am in the morning. Unfortunately we ended up sleeping in our car that evening. And booked an Airbnb for the following two nights.Reached to the manager later, and received a response with no emphaty and no solution was offered.
