EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE IS THE ISSUE WHERE THE PRICE OF A DIFFERENCE ON THEIR SELLING A DIFFERENT STORY. THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY MOST OF THE TIME OF ANY HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. THEY CHARGE YOU WHAT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU THEY BOOK YOU AND THEY WANT TO BOOK YOU AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET A DIFFERENT ONE WHEN YOU DO GET A DIFFERENT ONE THAT WANTS TO THEM TOO. I AM IN HEART FAILURE AND VERY SICK AND THIS WAS ALL THAT I COULD DO AT THE TIME BECAUSE I HAD NO MORE ENERGY TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE I JUST FEEL LIKE I DESERVE A REFUND FOR BOTH OF THESE DAYS BECAUSE OF QUALITY AND JUST THE WAY EVERYTHING WENT MY BED LOOK LIKE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN USED DRUG paraphernalia in the wrong one we already got in hereInitial Complaint

On 96. Every served a room on their website. I get to the hotel. I'm told that there's no reservation. I can see they have taken my money off of my card. I can send proof of that. Nobody can find a reservation anywhere. I was literally told I could sleep in my car. ****** is not a safe area, not a safe neighborhood. I am 50 years old. Would you tell your mother to sleep in a car? The service was so horrible. I was in tears. I left and had to go stay at ************. All I want is my money back for my room. You couldn't give me a free room to stay there.Initial Complaint

The rooms had alot of blood on curtains. Mold growing under the bed and when it was brought up to front desk multiple times the were very rude and gave us a broom and told us to clean it. There's blood on things that were never cleaned and wanted us to touch it. The front desk when we brought up the blood and mold acted like we liked changing rooms and took it out on us cause there staff can't do there job and clean come on thats some one bio in room and they wanted guest to clean itInitial Complaint

We visited *********** on August 10th with the intention of staying for a few days , to visit two sets of friends . Unfortunately , our friend in *********** didnt reserve hotel accommodations for us , thinking that its usually so quiet there , that we wouldnt have had an issue securing a hotel room . Unfortunately all the hotels were completely booked , then the last hotel we called , Comfort Inn , directed us to Americas Best Value inn , the ****** with whom we spoke stating that it was a sister hotel to Comfort Inn. We went to Americas Best Value Inn , checked in at the reception desk with my credit card , we were given the key to the room & promptly went upstairs to the room . We , my husband , ********** , were shocked & dismayed when we saw the condition of the room . The refrigerator doors were ajar , shelves stuffed with pieces of dirty ************ visibly present in the refrigerator . Carpet was dirty , bed linen crumpled , just a totally disgusting room , which stank strongly of cigarette smoke . We were spalled at the deplorable state of the room and decided that there was no way that we could even one night in that room / hotel . We returned to the front desk , my husband went in & told the front desk receptionist that we couldnt stay in that room , and requested a refund as we were cancelling our reservation as a result of the state of the room . She told him that she couldnt refund him our money , it had to be her head office . We left and the following day went over to *********** seeking a refund . It was only then we were told , by the manager , that they had no affiliation with *************************** gave us the telephone number to call & state our grievance. Ive been calling since. The third ****** told me that Im being offered vouchers to be used at a hotel , which I declined . I told him that I wanted my money refunded on my credit card & how could we be charged so much money for one night in such a disgusting room.Customer response

I would like to be refunded my US $386.56 , on my credit card ; which amounted to Can$531. We didnt stay in the room , although our credit card was charged . This incident occurred on August 10th and Ive been communicating with Help @ lodgings support since . I was offered hotel vouchers , which I declined . Judging from the state of their facility in *********** , I would never want to stay in any of their recommended hotels . In all fairness to us ,we should be refunded the US$ 386.56.

The booking was made by someone through who we thought , was at ***********. We had tried booking a room at ***********, told that the hotel was full ; but their sister hotel , Americas Best Value Inn had vacancies . Thats why we hurried over to Americas Best Value Inn & checked into the hotel . As stated previously , when we went into the room and saw the state of it , we decided that there was no way we could spend the night in such a disgusting room . My husband went to the receptionist at the check in counter , told her that the condition of the room was unsatisfactory for us to spend the night and requested a refund , but was told that we wouldve to contact the head office . On speaking with manager on duty , at *********** , the following day ; he denied that Americas Best Value Inn was Comfort Inns sister hotel . Been communicating with Help @ lodgings support , after being given the phone number , by Comfort Inns manager . All Im requesting is being refunded the US$ ****** that was taken off my credit card .

I called the hotel in Hyannis, americas best value inn and suites and inquired about getting a king size room for September 13, 2024 for myself, and my girlfriend. The man told me that I could get a room for $89 a night and asked me if Id like to book it. I told him that I would let him know after I spoke to my girlfriend, but just as a courtesy I told him that my girlfriend has a service dog. It is a 22 pound dog and is a service dog to my girlfriend. It is for her anxiety, He said we dont allow pets. I told him it is not a pet. It is a service dog and it is against the law for him to not allow it. He said again, *** we dont allow pets. I started to tell him that its against the law and against the American disabilities act , and he hung up on me. I tried to call twice again and each time he heard my voice he hung up on me immediately. It is a known fact, not only in *************, but in ******* that you cannot discriminate against a person with a disability that has a service dog . You cannot discriminate against a person in ************* and it is against the **** He just did that exact thing and he is refusing to rent us a room because my girlfriend has a service dog. We want action and we want it now. My phone number is ************ thank you for your time and consideration , **** ********* He would not give me his name. We want to be contacted by the business and we want a direct apology. They cannot discriminate against people that have disabilities. My assumption is that theyve been doing this for many years. . We visited *********** this weekend with our grandchildren/ children (3Families in total). First date: August 30, *****- August 30, 2024 we had 3 rooms Room: 209, 208, 211 Room 211 had mold growing up the wall in the bathroom. I am ****** allergic to mold. My daughter tool the room shut the door to the bathroom and used our washroom to shower in the morning, the mold was reported to the front desk. Please find attached a picture of the mold Second Date: August 31, 2024 Rooms: 208, 209, 105 We were told that room 105 smelled a little like smoke because sometimes people would smoke outside the window. I have an allergy to smoke but could reasonably assume that the sheets would be fresh and if we could smell smoke we could open the window and tell people to move away from the room so we don't smell it. We climbed into bed and all of a sudden could smell weed. That is not my allergy but I sent my husband to the window to tell the people to find a new place and was surprised that the source was in fact not outside the window as told. I woke up at 12 with my uvula swelling. We quickly vacated the room knowing that I didn't have ******** with me so the next step was emerge, if I didn't get out. We tried to ring the front desk, then we tried to get another motel room. we couldn't so we had to leave the city and drive back to *******. On the way we purchased reacton to stop the allergy. We did receive a $50 refund room 105. We paid $140 for the night. If you have any suggestions on how we can recoup our money that would be appreciated. We missed out on a day at *************** and spending the day with our family because of their lies I have since contacted knights Inn head office. I stayed here and the manager kicked me out for no reason and kept my money which is something that he has done to many people before and nothing is being done police were contacted and he was told that he needed to return money never did! I stayed at this motel Americas Best Value Inn in *********** ND for two days and billed accordingly. I left the state the following day, and 2 weeks later was charged ****** through the motel and have the transaction history of it through my bank. Was charged an overdraft fee also.Initial Complaint

My sister paid for this room via a third party. When I checked in, I was told the payment was being declined and I would need to pay. I did pay, only to find out that the charge to my sisters account did go through.
