They misdiagnosed the issue on my oil boiler and charged me $460. When my issue persisted, they refused to come out to fix it. My oil Boiler died and I didn't have heat or hot water. I called them to ask for a refund and the lady scream at me. Very unprofessional and unethical company.Business response

The technician had gone out on the call customer was told that this control was having issue this was the cost, customer gave permission for tech to change part. called a few days later said it was still happening. I told the customer I can send a tech out she wanted to have the owner come out I told her his next available was this day she took it after a few calls of trying to help her. she seemed upset I explained I could send the owner but it would be at this point. when her system shut down she did not call us she contacted another company who then changed the burner. which is a more expensive part. we tried to stay on the cheaper end with her. when she asked for a refund I asked her if the part we replaced was still attached to the system. She would not give me a straight answer she kept asking for a refund I explained that we can not take the part back since it was used on her system it is no good to us. she started to get hostile and would hardly let me talk. she then stated she was going to file a complaint with BBB I told her she can go ahead and file her complaint. customer was very rude and had a bad attitude from the beginning no matter what we said or did it just wasn't good enough. I did not yell and scream at her I had to raised my voice so she could hear me. She was to busy yelling at me that it made it hard for her to hear what I was saying.
